My nick was inspired by Feanor, in Silmarillion the king of noldors, who made Silarils, Palantirs and escaped from Valinor to Middle-Earth to fight with dark lord. I changed e to a to be "original"

I used to be HUGE fan of the elder scrolls(I still am, but now I don't know evry tiny detail and quest by name). My name originayes from Dagoth Gares (u could've guessed... It feels kinda weird to type it with a space in between) He was one of the first dark priests who served under Dagoth Ur (yes, all really bad guys in "morrowind" are called Dagoth) and he inflicts the main character with corprus. He is also slayed right afterwards. (btw, corprus is a disease which turns the target immortal and into a zombie.
about the very first post in this thread(6 years ago, but who cares) It's true that pleuris refers to a disease, but I thought it was a venerian)

I like to make long sentences that actually makes a word. You all probaly think: This guy copied the greek alphabeta, but noo, that's not it(didn't know what beta was when i made my username for all i do).

I asume you would think my name came from Final Fantasy X. That is not the case this time. Zanmato is a legendary Samurai technique from the ancient Yamato. It have been my nickname for many years. But because of Final Fantasy X, I beginn to use Zanmato as my official nickname. That overdrive kicket ass. I'm supprised to see that nobody use that as nickname. Infact, I've never seen that as a nickname before. So that makes Zanmato rather unique.

Mine is made up from my real name. I once decided to think up a "normal" username I can use and so I use it since than. I needed this name at a literature-centered page so names like "philip12" were not an option . Then I ran out of creativeness and made Galev from "Gál Levente" [note that in my country the word order in names in inverse of the English/Americain; eg. Joe Green would be Green Joe]. I was quite ashamed of this purely fantasy-less idea but others told it's just all right. So I began to like it. And so I use it...

Oh heck its a long story.........
I started by playing Diablo 2, and got obsessed with the game.
Later i played runescape and made this name: "diablo_doom2"
Later on i got my handson warcraft after afriend fooled me to play it
After a few months i entered b.net and wondered: "the heck should i be named?" Soo i thought over it.........
after a few minutes of time i just placed in "del", litteraly "part" in norwegian. And i have probely read it somewhere too.
Soo i decided on "del_diablo"..........
and it become my trademark too..........
Later on i read some spanish and figured out that "del" is the spanish equilant to "the", and i allready knew the meaning of diablo.
And here i am still using my retarded name

Mine is quite simple. When I started playing Magic the Gathering, one of of my favourite cards was Minion of Leshrac. It is overly expensive and quite selfdestructive black card, but it was fun. It is a 5/5 creature with protection from black. When you tap it you can destroy a land or a creature. But it has an upkeep cost that you have to sacrifice a creature every turn If you didn't it would deal 5 damage to you, lol.
This is like ancient history... I think it is an Ice Age card.

Hmm, Disturbed is a Rock Band! Love em! They are so cool!
And Gnu is my nickname! Danish word for errh, i actually don't know what it's called in english! and Babelfish can't help me with that!
But it's an animal that lives in africa arround the Rivers and "savanhs"? It is usually Lions, and crocodiles favorite prey!
And i think most people combines GNU with a discusting animal that stinks very bad!
(btw it's not because i smell! It's a long story , and i whont share it with you because my english is bad as ****

Well, gnu is the same in dutch (kinda, pronunciation same, but we write gnoe...) and welcome. I also agree that disturbed is awesome...

Yep, you're right, it's Wildebeest (I reckon the name originated in South-Africa, where they speak Africans, a mixtiure of Dutch and Zulu). Wildebeest means "Wild Beast" btw...
Oh and (I already posted this, but I don't mind doing it again) Lexxan comes from my middlename, Alexander...

HoMaM i got it from the first i played and the best for me turn based strategy game ever HoMM2.Back in 1997 when my parents bought me my first pc.I was 9 years old and the only thing i knew about computers is to turn it on and switch it off.One day some friends of my bigger sister came to show us and put some games with a disk.One of these games was Homm2.I don't know but the file of the game in programmes files was HoMaM 2.So i picked it for a nick name then to put my name in high scores.
Ps:I still enjoy HoMM2 so much.I play it in a very often base
