I disagree. However, I mainly disagree with that part that mods are supposed to be extremely non-biased. They should try be as "unbiased" and fair as can be, but such a statement is just silly. Nobody is unbiased 
Also, I feel that the writer was a bit verbose, and there is definately a more efficient way to present a stronger tone to get the message across.
