Hiya well it's been quite some time & I guess just my luck but I tried to talk to Xarfax about a time to play & he just mentioned about the time dif but never communicated to me.
I tried but now the deadline is getting near.
On the 19th I am taking a much needed vacation & Xarfax still not got back to me.
Sparo is here ALL THE TIME & those guys never showed up.
I will try to email him but I would wish to finish this game before I leave.
I am not sure of my work schedule but I know you guys are going to force him to win the match since you I am disliked by you guys so I am asking what can be done so we can play?
I dont want Andi to post here I want Motor to post with a fairness.
Not no well if you leave you forfiet because I tried.
What can I do?

please mail both ur opponents and cc this mail to ravyn and me. in this mail please tell exactly when ur team got time to play. same i expect from ur opponents in the reply to this mail. if then there is still trouble to get that game played untill the deadline we will think about a solution.

Would not be a problem if there was any kind of communication.
I tried to tAlk yo Xarfax, same day after we heard who we were playing.
He got mad a bit about the time diference & was in a game.
I told him to talk to me after he was done.
Nope.
I sent an email to him.
Also I told him that day to talk to his partner & set up a time.
I am leaving to Vegas on the 19th & probally wont get back till like January 3ed or so.
I am trying to get this game going but Duke is never here lately & Xar is not communicating.
Last time I was scheduled to play Xar he forfieted because of the time diference which I dont like that.
I want to play but I will keep trying to get a hold of them I sent an email already.

Would it be possible for you to go into the "sent items" area of your mail program and forwar Motor and I a copy of any emails you have already sent, and then try to send one more to both of your opponents and Motor and I as well. I know it may seem like a lot but it will very much be to your benefit in the end.
Just a note for any other teams having difficulties. You need to follow this same procedure. Anytime you email your opponent (and you should be doing this as the deadline isn't THAT far off) you need to send a CC to both Motor and myself. The reason you need to send it to both of us is because we are both working this tournament and it makes it much easier for us if we don't have to be forwarding emails back and forth to each other as we get them. We have to do that enough with other issues. And when it comes time to make deadline decisions as far as passes and such these emails will have a tremendous impact on our decision.
