I wish to say now mi grateful and thanks for responcing to mi question and now have learned much about how to avoid. not without honer to do such thing just sometimes serten people not like play their game this way and maybe upset at such a taktic (such as i was once before this thread i make).
I now try to avoid being open to this attack in next games but not get mad at opponent for using this scheme. mi game style not let me play this against mi opponets tho becase i am respect them to much to do this but still not get mad if done to me.

Yes hit and run is a tactic oft learned the hard way. But once victim to its power you will be wiser in the future and learn from your moves.
Hit n run threads are the most responded too..many players have many different opinions about it.
Just be sure to establish exactly the meaning of no hit n run...when you and your opponent arrange a game...as many players have vastly different opinions on what hit n run is.
Personally i rarely play the no hit n run rule...out of 100 games..maybe 2 are played using that rule.
BTW i have only been a victim of it once in 200+ games

Here is another unfair tactic: Attack a might castle and there are few berserkers in the castle and a level 1 hero. You have 100000 titans and attack the castle. Than defend. The berserkers wont move. but in the "berserk speciality desc." is writed that berserkers MUST move or attack. They can't wait or defend.

To those who think H&R is cheap...
I know this is just a game but......
1. During a war, is it a cheap move to drop a bomb on the enemy army and then fly away?
No, its an effective military tactic.
HOMM terms: Bomb = lightening bolt, arma, implo, etc...
2. Should ground troops take cover when attacked by the enemy?
Yes, kinda stupid to stand there and catch bullets with your chest and face.
HOMM terms: When your opponent is going to attack your castle with a larger army than yours, should you just let him and do nothing about it?
There is a reason why wars are no longer fought on open terrain, it is just plan stupid. Way to many casulties. And the entire point of a war is to kill as many of the enemy as possible while lossing as few of your own troops as possible. Seeming how HOMM is a game of war, H&R is an extremely effective and efficient tactic.
I don't have a problem at all with people making no hit and run rules. If you don't like it, thats fine. If you make a no hit and run rule, that doesn't make you any less of a person.
Bottom line:
To call H&R cheap is wrong. Just because you don't like doesn't make it a cheap tactic. Its realistic, effective, and efficient.

Another RL paralell:
H&R = Atomic bombs
Atomic bombs are not used even they are highly efficient. Instead, war is often fought with smaller missiles and ground troops that invade.
This is for the same reason that most ppl dont use hit&run.
In the same way as an atmic bomb would destroy that wich is fought for, Hit&run would destroy the fun in the game.
So there is a silent mutual agreement that hit&run should not be used.

Pretty simple situation: HOMM is played to try to win the game. That really is the main goal. The one with the biggest army doesn't deserve to win in HOMM contrary to many people's thinking.
Your opponent figured out a way to keep from losing even in the face of overwhelming forces. His own devastating experience or research gave him knowledge to beat you. Now, you somehow think you deserve to take that away??
We all need to own our mistakes and learn from them. I think you will be a better player next game if you can overcome this trauma by acknowledging your mistake and owning your loss. It sucks to lose, especially when we think we have outplayed someone, but that is a part of learning often times.
Good luck to you in your next game, and I hope it has a more pleasant ending rather then being another lesson for you. God knows I hate learning lessons too.
