Necromancy Specialists Equation

Some people wanted the equation for a necromancer specialist, so here it is.

Step 1:  Take the heroes level and times it by .05

Step 2:  Take the answer from step 1 and times it by .30 (base expert necro percent)

Step 3:  Take the answer from step 2 and add .30 to it.

Step 4:  Take the number of units in each stack and times it by the number of HP per unit  (Example:  66 imps x 4 = 264 hp in that stack)

Step 5: Take the answer from step 3 and times it by the answer from step 4.

Step 6:  Take the answer from step 5 and divid it by 6.  6 being the number of hp per skell.

Step 7:  Take the answer from step 6 and round it DOWN to the nearest whole number.

You must go through these 7 steps for each stack to get an exact number of skells produced as a whole.  But stacks are usually the same or have a difference of 1, at most you will have to do these steps twice.  If you put all the units together in one stack your only going to be off by maybe 1 or 2 skells.

Step 8:  Add up the number you got for each stack and this is how many skells you are going to get.

Here is the example I used for the quiz:

327 familiars killed with a Level 17 Irsa
Stack 1 and 2 = 66 Familiars
Stack 3, 4, 5 = 65 Familiars

Step 1:  17 x .05 = .85
Step 2:  .85 x .30 = .255
Step 3:  .255 + .30 = .555
Step 4:  66 x 4 = 264
Step 5:  264 x .555 = 146.52
Step 6:  146.52 / 6 = 24.42
Step 7:  24.42 rounded down to the nearest whole number is 24.

So for each stack of 66 familiars, you will produce 24 skells

Step 1:  same
Step 2:  same
Step 3:  same
Step 4:  65 x 4 = 260
Step 5:  260 x .555 = 144.3
Step 6:  144.3 / 6 = 24.05
Step 7:  24.05 rounded down to nearest whole number is 24.

So for each stack of 65 familiars, you will produce 24 skells also.

Step 8:  24 + 24 + 24 + 24 + 24 = 120 skells produced

Here is the whole equation:

((.30 +(.30 x(Heroes Level x .05))) x (unit hp x number of units))
-------------------------------------------------------------------
                                   6

About the quiz question:

Now, I know I didn't give you guys the number of familiars in each stack, which I should have.  But, none of your answers were even close to the correct answer until people started guessing numbers out of the blue.  Was it a bad questions? Kind of.  But even if you did the math using 1 stack of 327 imps, you would get 120.99.  Which if you rounded up, you would be off by 1, and if you rounded down you would have had the right answer.  I am sure we will hear some whinning about this, but you are getting any sympathy from me.    It is up to Kitten on what to do with the question.

Kitten did make an equation after the quiz that gave an answer of 120.99, but that was just one of those weird things in life.  Use Kitten's same equation on a level 11 irsa, and you don't get the right answer.

Ok, toss away people, about how this is useless and how I need a life. LOL  (its 4 am now, I have nothing else to do.  LOL)

good one Chub. I didn't know exactly how it went. I just knew that it ain't too smart to carry around any +1 or 2 life arties when attacking unit wif same health

it's been a while, but I think there are some holes in your equation. Steps 1-3 are fine - they just determine the necromancy percentage (assuming expert necro). But there is a restriction of how many skellies you can get, which is not just hp based. You can never get more skellies than the number of creatures you kill. Killing one Titan will get you 1 skellie, while killing 75 imps (same 300 hp) will get you a bit more skellies

Yeah that is true.  I think that the rule is you can't produce more skells than the number of units you killed.  I am not 100% on that, but I am pretty sure.  Thanks for bring that up.

well maybe the formula works as Chuby said but then looks to see if number of skeleotns produced is higher than number fought and then is reduced to the amount of creatures fought by stack (3 stacks of 1 Angel = 3 skeletons)?  Just a guess will try and see in a game how it works or I have an idea on who to ask.
