I can't register on TOH

I keep getting this error over and over when i try to register, what am i doing wrong?

1) do you play at a internet cafee?

2) Have you emailed Ves with all your information to be manually added?

I am having the same prob. and cant...what should I send to the adm. Its says that i'v dup my ip ,but ive never played online...???

Contacting Vesuvius

Email admin@toheroes.com and explain your situation. Include all the information required on the New Player Registration page at the ToH site and if everything checks out Vesuvius will manually add your account.
