Which castle is the best ?
like any of you players i need a real heroes player to tell me this because i am stuck with dungeon what do you think?

As with any game worth playing, all towns are more or less balanced so there is no right choice. I think the conflux is a bit stronger than the rest, though.

no nope nep nay
Never take races like fortress,stronghold, etc..
they have their advantages,but the towers and dungeons,castles and everything beat them hands down with apples in their mouths.
I started with fortress and as hard as i try as a semi-pro player i couldn't beat my tower loving friend.

Go challenge any of the vets - them playing stronghold while you use your tower. No use in saying that a town is utterly useless if you never seen it in action.

If you couldnīt beat a tower-player with fortress, somethingīs wrong in your gameplay imo  mooooooooooooohh

Well personally I believe Rampart could beat any of them. Stronghold is better than Tower though. They jusy upgrade too friggin' fast.

I think they are generellay balanced, except
Conflux, Well This town is LAME
necro, this town is a little above the other towns in some maps, and too badly in those sucky closed maps
Tower, is the weaker of the towns ,specially beacuse of the town heroes, if you have luck you can have crag hack in the 1 day on the tavern, but most of the time you have to play neela.....very sad

Definatly Necropolis. With Necromancy, A 5 level mage guild and awesome creatures it truly is great. Skeletons are great in numbers. Same with zombies but a tad bit stronger. Wraiths have good speed and drain spell points. Vampire lords have good speed + power too. Liches are just pure AWESOME. Dread knights are pure killing machines. Ghost Dragons are ok. But every castle has it's defects. This one has the least. The undead may not have morale, but morale can be bad too....... they still got luck though

castle and after that dungeon and after that necro
in castle there are no bad unit.
in dungeon only troglys are s*it
and in necro GD is very weak unit
