I don't CARE if it's legal.
You're supposed to be the attorney here, you can worry about the legalities. You're working for me and I'm telling you that I want you to help me sue you.
If you're worried about what it's gonna look like in front of the judge and all that jazz then you can just tell yourself that you're willing to settle outside of court and there will never be a need for a reputation tarnishing public trial.
Don't make me have to sue you for misrepresentation.

All services. You advertised it, and now you don't want to deliver. There is a term for such unethical advertising practices. It is called Bait And Switch.
