Well, I want at least two, if not multiple.
And, about Dungeon heroes, if the Faceless don't return as elite or champ units (I hope they will ), maybe we could have Faceless heroes, together with Dark Elves and Minotaurs...

No, they need an excessive amount of detail to make them stand out, so we can use them for cutscenes.
I actually agree with them that it makes a little sense, until you realise they barely even did this with any of the unique models in H6, lol
I don't remember seeing the Naga heroes or the cyclops hero being used to great effect in cutscenes
for the most part they stuck to using the basic hero models, just with different heads
some of the dudes still ended up looking completely different anyway, like Corak and Sheltem in the DLC, so why even bother

I thing it doesn't matter if only one race or multiple races, but what is more important that heroes be like in their art not some clones of another heroes and every race to have different mounts not only horses
