Goals, assists, overall performance. Being the best player in matches consistently.In his case as a striker obviously the goal scoring matters most.
So far he's looking great.

Too much fuzz about him. City has been playing great without a definite no. 9 and Haaland is as good as the team. He was crap against Real when he was marked expertly.
