WoG and Beyond: moderation complaints/feedback
If you have an issue referring to the WoG forum, be it a specific thread (to be deleted, to be made sticky etc...), a +QP worthy post/thread or any other criticism, be it positive or negative, please post it here.
Posting such things in a "normal" thread will be overlooked pretty easy, while the feedback thread will point them out better.

I think Vlaad deserves a +QP for his PBM adventures. I also vote for a +QP for Gazolin4 and Mesio2 for their good-looking Lizard town.

The "A community map" thread will be rewarded with more than 1 +QP, that's for sure.
I will talk to Vlaad soon when the project is done and then all or at least most of the participants will recieve a shiny...

IMO Thrasid should get a +QP for all his good-looking animations in the "Possible creature" thread 
Also for some reason there are no +QP in thre HotA thread...

i agree with ayeron but not only vlad should receive a qp but all who help on the project
and one more thing:why have un unsticked grove and bastion?they're both alive and breathing  ;i rather think Alterntive H3,upgrades,mod,lol? should be unsticked

I'm afraid it was my fault; I suggested Angelito unsticky those... Believe me, as one of the members of the original Grove team, I wish I was wrong - but there's no telling when it will be released. So until those projects reach public beta, they are just clogging the first page... As soon as they come out, they can be stickied again. Now that we have an active moderator, it shouldn't be a problem.Quote:

bastion released that movie about the town look and info about grove can be found on the corewog forum,so i think they shoul still be sticked

If possible, I would ask to change the name of the thread "request creatures for..." to "The 300", scenario in progress. Nothing is anymore requested, but only showing "little" progress.
And something everybody forgot: Welcome Angelito to the WoG forums!

I am currently checking this feature, coz I am not able to change the thread title of some threads. No matter if I moderate this forum or not. When Val cleared this up for me, I will give more feedback.
And thanks for the welcome

About making threads sticky...
If a thread is very active, I think there is no need to make it sticky, because it will always appear on the first 2 pages of the forum.
Things which contain important informations, like all the guides rfefering to modding etc... don't get new posts every day, so they could disappear pretty fast, that's why I think those should be sticky.
But 10 or more sticky threads makes it hard to find new topics in my eyes.
If you find a thread you want to have on page 1 again, just bump it.

Judging by countless HCMs I've been getting recently, Salamandre's new guide is exactly what this subforum needs - more noob-friendly but in-depth ERM tutorials. Here's hoping it will inspire some up-and-coming mapmakers... Definitely worth a +QP in my book.

ok guys, one question, is wog 3.59 under work? Truthfully who knows just tell us cause 3.58 is awesome and cant wait till 3.59 IF its under work then somebody inform us with info and if its not, then tell us so we know

Thanks, angelito and everybody who liked my threads. If I may, I'd like to ask for a QP for Ayreon too, for his posts in The Great Adventure thread. Others came and went, but it was his role playing that inspired me every morning to go on with that thread. In addition, I've just checked his profile and he's got no red stars - which is a shame. There are members who might have not posted groundbraking ideas or shared strategy tips, yet they have been contributing to the boards by being active, helpful and positive. But needless to say, it's your call, angelito.
P.S. Salamandre promising? Congrats, noob.
