The man in robes chuckles at the group’s enthusiasm. “Very well, I’ll make this official then.”
He pulls out a sheaf of papers and leafs through them for a moment. Finally he extracts an important-looking document, which he sets on the desk with a quill and a bottle of ink, and his tone turns business-like. “By signing these papers you signify that you are joining this contest of your own free will and not at the behest of any third party. Furthermore you agree that Lord Markham is not to be held responsible for any losses, injuries, or deaths that may occur due to your participation in this contest, and finally that any expenses incurred by your party due to the contest will not be reimbursed.”
The bald man’s voice returns to its friendly tone and he taps the bottom of the document. “If everything is in order, you may sign here and I’ll add your names to the contest registry. Any questions?”

Glenn walks to the papers, and gives his signature. I looks as if he has done so several times in his life, as he hardly looks at the sheet. Though, it does seem a little small.

Instead of writing down his name on the sheet of paper, Abaddon drew an eight pointed star with an eye in it's middle. All the arrows of the star were different in lenght and size. Somehow it radiated a weird energy

Mark signed the paper, he could feel on his body that it was not used to write, but Mark's own experience from his academy days made him able to get the name down in a readable manner.
((In my own backstory of Mark, he is a student from Bern's military academy.))

"Well, guess its my turn then." I promptly took a step forward and just wrote my name down, the hand was a bit stiffer than expected. So the writing was not done in the manner of the muscle memory, but a proper dexterity was lucky at place so it was a smooth steam of signs writing down my full name.
There was not a chance in hell that anybody could read it regardless. "What? Hell? It must be this bodies prewritten vocabulary for something..." I silently thought after the small thoughtful surprise.

Brock signed without any comment. He didn't know if they would be assigned pokemon, or if he would have to catch them. He hadn't seen any pokemarts to buy pokeballs, but he was confident he would be abloe to come up with something.

Once the group finishes signing the document, the bald man picks it up and looks it over. He frowns briefly at what looks to him like several distinctive, illegible messes of ink, but his expression smoothes without a word and he puts the document away.
“Very well then, now that that’s taken care of I’ll add your names to the registry. You may begin whenever you’re ready.”

Glenn turns and leaves. He was unsure of where he was supposed to be going, but out the door seemed the obvious step. Where to next? The bow and potion sounded ridiculously easy, but perhaps they were not so. And what was the deal with it having to be...elven, was it? In fact, a majority of the items he couldn't even guess at what they were. Though, admitting to such didn't seem like the best of ideas. It may raise too many questions, which may lead to unfavorable events afterward. He stood ide the door, waiting for the others to come out as well.

Kamahl's new adventure in this world was starting to blossom as he had been adjusting to his body. he still has not forgotten Krosa and dearly wished to return to it but perhaps this is the way things were meant to be. perhaps he had not been summoned to this world in vain and this comforted him.

Glenn ((and Kamahl if he left the building too)) exits the town hall. The town is laid out before him in the early morning light, a-bustle with people going to and fro on their daily routines. To his right is a pond fed by a small waterfall originating further up the hillside, to his left the shoreline vanishes behind the same hill. In the distance he can make out a small group combing the beach, and another small party has taken a rowboat out onto the water.

Glenn lists the items he was given earlier.
"Now, I am not sure what most of these are. Shark tooth would be fairly easy to figure out. Though, getting is another story. I am sure I could figure out what that ceremonial object is, however I do not know where the Temple of the Moon is.

Kamahl grabs some air and then starts again
"Dragons, illusions, behemoths, specters, Demons, Imps, manta rays,Flying sharks, walls, thopters, Elves, spiders, elves riding spiders, clams, spirits, magic, rocks, golems, elementals, eagles, condors, Arch angels, songbirds, fairies, rhinoceri, trees, and the occasional dark knight. dark knights put up quite a fight but i can wrestle them down. well could. Not to mention angels, Vampires, genies, Gods, airships, planeswalkers, rocket powered turbo slugs, antelop"
A passerby had slapped Kamahl in the face in a desperate attempt to get him to stop dragging on.

Glenn looks at the map, and thinks about the items on the list. A thought occurred to him while he was doing so.
"The Temple of the Moon. I wonder if what has happened to us was performed around that place. It sounds dark, and I would consider what has happened to us as something around that affect."
