Whenever I attempt to download it tells me that it can only have up to ten downloads and the limit is reached.

not sure about the creatures in combat but on mini-map - yes.
in combat creatures uses some complicated colors such as yellow mark and blue mark - so this selection colors might be problematic. + you have to generate a transparent shadow by your self!!! (so if everyone will make PNG battle creatures - they will get different shadows?! O.o this will be very odd!)
so now only map objects can be replaced with PNG without any fear.
noone tried to replace creatures yet. i found it rather complicated so do not tried to do it

Thanks for links. Huh... I understand nothing from this manual. I must find someone who knows better technical aspects of WoG.

Hey guys,
I'm sorry if I'm posting off-topic but this is getting on my nerves. I hardly managed to get through the first mission of the "Evil Way Home" WOG Campaign ( the one with Xsi and Isra ) but now I don't know how to enter that building where it always says "Keep out enemy! This building is only for People of this country". Could you guys give me a hand?

Btw, the campaigns were made not that good, and might have some bugs.. that's why I have never ever tried to finish them. They were just too hard, I didn't like them..

I just cant seem to get to the site were i am serposed to be able to download the new grove town. Can anyone plz help me with a link 4 this grove town download???
Think that the Hota team is a bit slow, know its a hard think to make but we have all been waiting for years now and nothing has happend yet. Just a youtube video, its just too lame. Im a big fan and dont like the other heroes 4 and 5 so ive been looking forward to playing all the new towns and never has i been so disappionted of getting noting. I would Gladly play 100$ or even more for a working update but its like they dont care about us fans that is waiting. i remember they said feb 2009 once and now a year later, what do we have. Noting. Why not just say, we are not comming with anything instead of given hope of something to come.... Its like playing the lotto 1/10000000000 times a chance of winning.

Sorry, was away for two months and rapidshare deleted the wog links within its new "policy". I will compile the maps and extra stuff again as soon as possible and upload them.

Jim Vogan and I have been translating Chinese maps lately. 2 of them so far, Volcano of Evil and Sangho Zhi. And we have several more lined up. Western players should get a kick out of them.

Okay, well hope to see you post a link soon. Dont have any new things to heroes3 since wog 1.58f so really want somethin that work again without the errors all the time.
Im looking 4 new towns, new artifacts, new heroes, new backgrounds, heh just about anything that dont fail

I have a problem with H3maptool!I import a image and when I open with map editor,he says Invalid or corupteed map file!

How do I enable custom hero portraits? I had a whole whack load of custom hero portraits, then I installed the latest version of WoG and it overwrote my hero portraits... I can't remeber how to do this.
