The UN:I command places objects based on the lower left corner of the white rectangle that you see around an object if you place it on a map in the editor and click on it. However, the OB trigger works on an object's yellow trigger square. So the two aren't necessarily the same.
Sorry, that should say "lower right corner of the white rectange" rather than "lower left corner".

i know about triggering using type of object, the problem was with the coordinates. how can i make another messages in the menu of the player? i mean for example when i click on the spell book, the first message is a list of my own spells. you know, spells is what i like the best, so making a new one would be very fine idea.

Okay, if you're talking about the Hero screen here, then you need to use a mouse click for the Hero screen (!?CM2 and then use the !!CM:I; command to check if the spell book has been clicked on. Check the CM:I command on the CM receiver page for a listing of all items in the Hero screen (the spell book is 19 in the single screen but has a different number in the Hero Meeting screen -- and the Hero Meeting also uses !?CM3; rather then !?CM2.
If you want to check if it's a left or right-click, you can use the CM:S command for the subtype of the click: 14=right, 12=left).
After you determine that the spell book was clicked, display the list with one or more !!IF commands.

3.57f has the ERM scripter and ERM Help in a separate download file (called ERM Tools) to reduce the file size because a lot of people just play the game or make maps with the new objects and creatures and aren't interested in scripting. It's on the WoG download page (just below the main 3.57f install).
