An active DM, although active players certainly helps.  The game can't continue if there's no one around to make the NPCs react to questions/attacks/random bursts of insanity, make the sun go up and down, etc...
PCs can drop out and come back with a little more flexibility, so long as there is at least one of them. But I will note that having more people up to a point helps, because the DM has to sleep. When that unfortunate occurrence happens, at least the PCs can at still talk to each other.
Truth: (Anyone) Describe at least three of your character's family members and their relationship to the character. If you never had family members or don't remember them, describe friends or other important figures in your life instead. (Note: fellow PCs don't count. The family/friends do not currently have to be living.)
Dare: (Anyone) Try to get people nearby to perform a musical number with you. You can justify this in-character however you like. The people in question can be PCs or NPCs.

Oh, it's most definitely allowed.
Mark looked up and scratched the back of his head. "W-well... uh... I don't know why you want to know that but if you have to know... er... I don't really like wither that much in that way. Maybe girls? Yeah, probably like girls more but I don't really look at... well... anyone like that..." (Asexual leaning straight, if you must know. )
Dare: Smack someone upside the head in one of your RPs for any reason you can think of. This can be a PC or NPC. You must actually succeed at smacking them for it to count.

I just noticed that this thread became inactive for almost a year and then got slightly active for the past few months. Are people getting busier and busier as months pass by?
