My name is Mirko....i dont really like my name but oh well.
My parents wanted to call me Marko (wich is much cooler IMHO), but at the end they stuck up with Mirko.
Mir means Peace, and co is just an add on....so i guess the english version would be Peaceko

Well, my first name is Nils
Simple and not that graet, but, well its my Name 
Origin... Well, afaik it comes from the scandinavish "Niklas" which itself comes from "Nikolaus", thats the persaon that comes before Santa, if some don't know 
My second name is Stephan, dunno if this one has a speacial origin, should inform me about that...
And finally, my last name, Bauer.
Well, if u like to translate it, it would mean Peasant .
No need to tell much about it, I think this name explains itself quite well

Neels (as for the 'i' - not Niles )
Stephan, In english u would say Steven I think^^ - don't really know how to write it pronouncable, as I haven't phonetic writing on my keyboard
And finally,as for my last name, I think, this'll do: Bou-eh*-r
(*the 'eh' should be pronounced like it is when it stands for itself, like in: "Good movie, eh?")

Stephan should be pronounced Shte- ("e" as in bed) -fan ("a" as in done). Your name's not really much of a problem compared to other language transcriptions.
