Thank you for the nomination, Khaelo. I would like to mod the Other Side of the Monitor, I think I could be fair.
And as someone put it, this is the last place you want to moderate if you are worried about making/keeping friends. Well, since sometimes it seems like most people hate me...I don't think I really have to worry about it. 
I do think it should be someone who comes here everyday.

Actually, I'm an hour ahead of Dingo (Central Time - Mountain Time). There's a monkey wrench for the theory.
What I think happened is that Dingo submitted a response to my first thread, "Other Side" just as I deleted it. When I created this thread, the server remembered that Dingo's post belonged to an "Other Side" thread created by me in this forum, and it placed said post onto the thread with its timestamp intact.

Khealo, Peacemaker, Dingo, and Wolfman are excellent choices, but I have to agree with Doom, Consis is the best choice he seems to be well informed and he has the time to be on HC were others don't.

Yes, even Dingo. Well maybe not as a mod, but as a ordinary member you're a great member!
Hmm. Wolfman, Khaelo, Peacemaker, Consis.
I say Khaelo or Peacemaker. I just can't really decide!
EDIT: Since Peace said no, I vote for Khaelo.

The Other Side needs a sensitive woman's touch.
Or Wolfman & Concis. Or a combo of 2 of them?
That way if one doesn't have as much time as they'd like then there'd be more than one mod to do it in their absence.

I Will Not Accept Moderatorship If Valeriy Were To Offer It To Me
I appreciate the votes for me but I will not accept any offer to be moderator, considering the rules. I am very opinionated. Because of this I would be biased on many arguments. That is not something a moderator should be. A moderator should be able to see both sides of an argument.
Personally, I'm still trying to understand some threads in which I have had some very serious disagreements with certain members. In a word, I'm vexed.
Sir_Stiven was simply being nice when he said I get 'emotional'. I think "irate" is more closely to the truth.

well with consis not accepting my nomination wich is okay considering his valid points, I will nominate both Wolfman and peacemaker for otherside mods. Sorry dingo but you could not become the straight shooter mod type, it would be way to weird.

I still say consis should be the mod arround here. But if he does not want the job (darn), then i must say that Kaelo is my second choice arround here.

Huh? You said I may be future moderator. Note - FUTURE! I will not accept them NOW even if I was considered to be one. It is better to be a member only.
BTW, Consis, you won't be able to be a MOD, 'coz you haven't been here for 6 months yet (alike me). So, no MSHQ.

LOL! No offense to Consis but there is a side to him, and I believe this to be accurate, that few of you have seen before. He is a gentleman...but with power comes corruption...
PS. he also told me some things on what he'd do if he ever was a mod...LOL The results were very jaw-dropping!

Yeah,
I intend to rule the world of Heroes Community one day. Perhaps sooner than later. When I'm king everyone will be forced to eat peanutbutter sandwiches for breakfast lunch and dinner. And after that we sit around and trade pictures of the best looking HC members from the RL photo thread. Then we will be having group flaming sessions. It'll be one member per week. So if I was king starting this week we'd all flame Woock. Next week will probably be Dingo. There will be no end to my reign of terror.

I was just put onto this thread and wanted to say how utterly flattering the nominations from several of you are. However, I am afraid if I made the commitment right now I would not be much more helpful since I am having the same time problem as Val is.
PH and Wolf would both make excellent mods, as would the others who have already declined. Finally making those two work as a team would be good for both their heads, and hearts!!! I dunno how interested PH is however.
So with all that in mind, I vote for Wolfie because I feel I know him well and am confident he would be able to sort his own politics out. He's an incredibly bright young man and much more objective than many more liberal individuals might think, and it would be an excellent experience for him. Also, it might bring more balance to HC, which is pretty left-wing weighted, to have a more conservative mod in the mix.
