Easy reading what people say but actually being there, almost getting killed by North side mexican gangs & getting into fights because your not Mexican.

I know alot of good Mexicans.
Alot of them seem to have the you have to be Mexican or F you kind of attitude.
Really hard on me because I am half mexican but i dont know spanish.
So I am like a traitor to them & I got into more fights with them then anyone else in my life.
Just because i cant speak Spanish
Mexican kids bumping into you or blowing smoke in your face while your walking by knowing if you do somethang.
Theres at least 30 or more Mexicans waiting.
They dont come in 10's. they come in packs.
All what happen now Aculias came from the past,the future coming from the past,what you do in the past is your future.If bad things wouldnt happen to mexican people they wouldnt become like this.And actualy real mexican is not spanish,spanish was brought to them from Spain expansion.All what you can do is to learn from past and try to do now so that next future will not come worse.

I know what you speak of . . . but to respond would be off-topic. If you make a thread in the Other Side of the Monitor then I can respond to you in depth. I know the hispanic-american history and I was raised in southern Texas. I have also been to southern California many times. The issue with illegal aliens entering america has nothing to do with mexicans being good or bad people in general but whether individuals are breaking the law. And if they are breaking the law why should they be rewarded with the gift of citizenship? What does it tell people who wait in line and spend thousands of dollars to go through the process of becoming a citizen? BREAK THE LAW AND WIN!!!! As for Bush's guest worker program he doesnt care about these illegal aliens. He wants to exploit them as cheap labor. Sometimes a society can make bad laws, but I dont think guarding your borders against interlopers is being unfair to other cultures. Does any other nation allow people to just wander into their country? I don't think so.
Finally in the initial post by Aculias...i didn't see anything he misspelled actually.....

I understand part of what you said... but you don't understand them... I said them because the people who to USA is the the most marginated people here in mexico... they don't have education and the only chance to give a better future to his family is going to the states... and the people who stays here (in mexico like me) is very diferent, the last country that I want to live is USA and I know the most of the mexican people there don't want to live in the states... but they have no chance... at least that is what they think ... there are more hard working people than bad mexican people there... they are doing works than anybody there wants to do...

I like the compare between USA and Great Roman Empire.
1/ The both are tyranical for other countries
2/ The both are powerful
3/ The both have stupid leaders (J.Bush, Klinton - Neron, Caligula) -- wich are only a mask, à screen of the really powerful people.
4/ But the important is, the both spend culture and instance for all world. It is the best way for prosperity on the Earth. The Europian culture grow after the Roman Empire, now the world culture will grow after the USA culture. It is simple and necessarly.
So, USA is not soo bad and J.Bush is a hero of the past 6 years

CLinton was the bomb stuff  .
It was far different in Ancient ROme.
Not to mention the steps that were taken to have Caligula & Nero to become emperor.
They were only kids basically.
They had all the power & they wanted more.

European culture grow not after Roman Empire,but while Bysantium Empire time and after it just had charge that spended and continue to spend in our time.The Bysantium Empire time was a time of prosperity and it happened because of christianity.Rome Empire was destroyed and on it is ending build up new Bysantium Empire.In a Bysantium Empire time happened great prosperity and confluence of 3 cultures( Greek,European and East).
Next growing will not happen because things are not like you said,in our time we lost alot from the past,we replaced many natural and real things by artificial.In my view we simply have a degradation.What we have is not better than was in the past it is just different and new.( Like Platoon said: ''Humans will at the end create such a machines,by wich they will destroy themselfs) So to me it is that we going to the way of self-destruction.And look on new generation is it as good as generation of 60-70x?I dont think so,in nowadays we have many uneducated people and even real education replaced by low unprofessional stuff.This time is a '' Time of big lies'' like i call it, the era of understanding is gone and now comes era of replacing real things by fake.You can see it in everything,( in music,in games,in a food production,in a relationships,in education,in politic, in almost every stuff).And i cleary see that all goes like New Testament says and i believe that there will be end of this era too and it will be apocalypse.The Bush time will end and lies will be destroyed,the new order will be broken.It will happen with a judjment because those who spreading lies now and even not answered for what they did,will be bringed to justice by the God.For example i see now that striking Huricanes on USA is not an accident and i even read that USA awaits more stronger Huricanes to the year 2012 and earthquakes.Those who accept the Evil,simply cant be with a God and God will destroy them at the end.I can simply say that our progress= a self-destruction process,what we need is a love and understanding.
The Army and weapons biggest and stupid thing we did and have( I can make an Example those great singers like Joan Baez,Bob Dylan,Neil Young they did protests and still doing againts those things.) It is not a kids, but grow up people or what they doing is an empty thing?I dont think so.To me it is just simply stupid to kill someone,it will only lead to a history of continuing wars like we had,it is not a progress and in future it will be prooved and no one will dubt in that.Better be killed but not kill,those who kill will make they life terrible.

Americans crack me up. complaining about mexican immigrants stealing jobs, lol, i'm dying over here. which jobs ya talkin about? ditch digging and fruit picking? maybe it's the wonderfull career choices like sweatshop labourer that angers you more. I know i'd be mad if somebody took my sweatshop job away  illegal imigrants are not your problem, and they are not to blame for stupid laws made by Bush. It's human nature to take advantage of a situation that favours you, and if your familly is starving all the more incentive to take advantage. As for stealing jobs, most of the jobs are jobs none of us would do anyways, the problem here isn't that they've taken job, or are working at it illegally, the problem is that large corporations are employing them at grossly low wages. If you Americans truly wanted to stop the flow of illegal immigrants you'd get your government to enact laws that would creat a national minimum wage and put the needed resources into eforcing it. If company's could no longer use ilegals for cheap labour they would no longer be hiring them. if companies stopped hiring them the illegals would have no reason to cross the border. the only problem is you'll see stuff like fruit and veggies skyrocket in price in the stores as well as all textiles. anyplace illegals labour is used would see a huge jump in prices, this would affect your economy as well as corporate and personal bottom lines. so there's the cost of solving your problem, the question now is, is America willing to pay it? George doesn't think so

Typical American, assuming nobody else in the world could possibly know anything. typically assuming any input that doesn't come from an american has no meaning to anything in america. never mind that as a Canadian, 90 percent of all television and news we watch is American, we get the exact same news and info you guys do, CNN is also our number one news outlet up here as well. Acu, I don't think you're a bad person or anything, but posting as you've done smacks of ignorance and intolerance. To disagree with anothers opinion and to make argument for or against it is healthy debate, this is one of the things that originally made America great. But to dismiss or denegrate anothers opinion or others idea's just because they are not yours or they do not belong to somebody from your country is bigotry. Now if you believe you have more info on the subject mentioned in my earlier post, something that might change my mind or enlighten me on it, then by all means enlighten me, but please don't insult me with your typical American response.
ps. I don't really believe Americans are all ignorant backwoods hicks who have no interest outside of the 3 or 4 blocks they call there stompin ground let alone in other states or nations. Far from it, most Americans I've met have been perfectly nice and open and seem well informed. Unfortunately the rest of the world is being fed this negative image of your country and it's people and you might not5 want to live up to it.
pps. Acu, don't take what i say to harshly, you are correct, i don't live in a country where gun violence and rampant crime and corruption are the norm. We don't have any real poverty, if people starve up here it's pretty much by choice not by situation. I honestly can say I cann't know what your life experiences are or will be where you live. So if i sound a little or maybe even a lot like an ass, remember it's coming from a guy who lives in Canada, one of the nicest places in the world, where we don't have to lock our doors all the time and stuff. Over here in marshmellow land the toughest thing i do is fight the weather.
