Time of creature upgrade in Waterfall:
level 1 - 1 turn
Level 2 - 2 turns
Level 3 - 4 turns
Level 4 - 6 turns
Level 5 - 8 turns
Level 6 - 10 turns
Level 7 - 12 turns
And, there are the random names for Waterfall:
- Rainbow
- Rainflower
- Sweetwater
- Marshland
- Water Fall
- Cascade
- Niagara
- Waterfire

Lv:1 A) Skeleton B)Templar (living who serves Necropolis)
Lv:2 A) Zombie B)Ghoul ( faster and weaker than Z)
Lv:3 A) Ghost B)Hell Hound
Lv:4 A) Lich B)Undead Paladin (walking)
Lv:5 A)Black Knight(with horse) B)Bone Horror (played Age of Wonders ever?)
Every unit evolves except Lv:5 units, like Ghoul to Greater Ghoul, who have sharper teeth, longer claws, red eyes and is grey instead of green.
EDIT: Undead Folk Dwellings and Upgrades.

Another(New) idea of towns to HoMM(Maybe for H6??)
Base number of towns 6(only?):
Haven, Inferno, Rampart, Vault, Bastion, Shelter.
But each this (basic)towns have two ways of evolution.
Haven evole to: Temple(good) or Academy(good)
Inferno evole to: Abyss(evil) or Asylum(evil)
Rampart evole to: Preserve(good) or Fortress(good)
Vault evole to: Necropolis(evil) or Catacumbs(evil)
Bastion evole to: Stronghold(neutral) or Towers(good)(Not Tower like h3)
Shelter evole to: Dungeon(evil) or Barrow(neutral)
Each of this towns have 6 levels creatures(but 8 creatures).
Haven
Temple
1Level - Spearman->Pikeman or Halbardier
2Level - Crossbowman->Archer->Longbowman or Marksman->Ellite Marksman

man, a tip. this is HOMM not magic the gathering
dont try to change HOMM into something else. not bagging ur idea or anything its just that others have tried to turn HOMM into another game.
