Who reports it?
I'm not talking about murder lol.
You know... the crimes CORPORATIONS do. The average joe has no clue. Let's say, bribing a judge (case: copyright infringement, or some other trials that corporations go through almost daily!)? How would that be reported as a crime for example? (especially if said cops investigating it were... paid to turn around )
probably to get others out of business, who knows?

I think you guys are reading too much into this. When it says that crime is totally unknown, it means that there is no crime, not that it goes unreported.

And yet crime is unknown. I doubt corporations are bribing cops to ignore punks. Maybe they're just "THE MAN IS KEEPING US DOWN!", but not criminal.
Mvassreich is becoming more and more oppressive.

Why is that obvious?
people become idiots if you don't come up with a solid way to make them brighter and able to work in society.
Why was Napoleon so succesful? He went to military academy an was a tactical genius, while he ordered his citizens to get their kids educated when he reached power. (of course, education was filled with a bit of propaganda, but it was also the start of liberalism)

Hmm, I don't think you know how the public schools in Romania are, and how 90% of the students act (don't give a damn about learning most of the subjects because they don't like them, simple as that)
Without public education there would be no need for those 'papers' as well.

I didn't go to college (or whatever it's called after high-school), and I can say that in high-school I didn't learn almost anything. For English I learned nothing new (everything I know is mostly because of primary school + games/movies), the same for biology (I forgot afterward everything), only in chemistry I learned a few stuff which I don't use at all anymore () and in math some other stuff I don't even remember well. As for computer programming, we had a very bad teacher but I eventually managed to teach the stuff myself.
What is there more? Oh, Romanian literature, most probably my worst grade in high school except biology lol I didn't care about it, I didn't learn it, so it was just an unnecessary pain in my life.
So I can most definitely say public school sucks, it didn't help me at all (except the first few classes, obviously)

In fact, you say that public education is not good. Which somewhat I agree (not public education itself -- because even the internet has public articles where I learned programming from, however it is the system that is off the point). Ok so let's say you're right since I somehow agree.
Why would your citizens learn stuff by themselves? You don't seem to encourage that either... where do you expect them to learn this? when they practice their aiming in the military?
You can't just expect that, seriously?

At least my 'Zombies' are much more productive than your 'smart' citizens. What's the point of having smart citizens if they don't do anything productive but just sleep all day? (apparently)
1) I have a stronger economy
2) There were a lot of those "Largest X Industry" and I was almost on top.
But yeah, somehow those slip your attention because they favor me instead of you

Who said zombies can't be productive? In fact, since that is based on the largest, which usually means the most labor, then obviously zombies are the MOST suitable for working in a factory!
But it takes brains to actually make the theory of relativity though.
I suspect you steal the brains/ideas from Mvassland. 
Secondly, as for being "happy" or not -- who cares if you are productive or not? It's not like MOST products aren't designed to make people more comfortable -- yet, since they avoid your nation, it speaks volumes how much you care about that. What do you think most products are for?

Besides, who cares IF it is based on public education? It only matters that they are dumb. Period.
For the manufacturing, that's the "largest sector" -- which measures the PRIVATE sector. Therefore that doesn't necessarily say anything about the actual production happening in the nation -- only the private.
And lastly, I think it is also based on the compulsory military
