HoMM vs Reality
Now's your chance to play the tough critic and be a spoil sport just for fun. 
---
*Heroes can wear up to two ring artifacts (provided no glove artifacts take up each hand). The gloves are understandable, but unless the rings are painful to wear, heroes should be able to wear more than one on each hand.
*Army morale does not improve if one of three or more allied stacks of different allegiances are killed in combat. Similarly: Angels, Devils, Bone Dragons, etc continue to affect the battle's Morale/Luck even after death. You'd think that an army's undead penalty would be removed instantly the second the last allied Necropolis creature crumbles to the ground in battle.
*Negative morale is removed following a battle after visiting locations such as the Warrior Tomb, but unlike reality, the good morale can be restored even if the army survives that battle with horrid losses. Such casualties would be devastating.
*Sure, this is silly, but you sometimes find Tower towns on top of lava or Inferno towns on top of snow terrain.
*Heroes can live through multiple Armageddons, let alone one. They must be very devout... whatever they are. Devils take damage, but Angels as well?
*Water Elementals can be on desert terrain for the whole game and still survive with no Oasis or any water in sight.
*Necropolis and Inferno heroes and their armies can visit temples on the adventure map and not be exorcised or harmed in any way.
*Rogues never steal anything besides information. It doesn't really match the behavior normally associated with their ilk.
*Angels and Devils (as well as any other "opposing" creatures) seem to get along quite well when they are in the same army. You'd expect backstabbing under real life circumstances.
*Heroes and armies that have surrendered can teleport clear across the map in the blink of an eye for re-recruitment. That would ordinarily take weeks, especially for sluggish armies and on island maps!

- A hero can have an army of ten thousand archangels yet can't fit in one level 1 unit from each town.
- A warlock with 80 spell power and the ring of the magi can cast bloodlust, but even a barbarian who just picked up a spell book can dispel it on the first try.

*Many non-human creatures such as Dendroids, Titans, and Centaurs resurrect perfectly into Skeletons after battle or in the Skeleton Transformer. I suppose the individual Skeletons are actually different from each other, but I can't see creatures like Centaurs going through that whole process successfully. Same with Hydras becoming Bone Dragons.
*Week of the Plague wipes out creatures but not heroes. I wonder if most heroes never die from natural causes.

Okay, this may have nothing to do with reality, but isnīt it strange how you can make skeletons from such creatures as golems and elementals? You canīt even rise demons from them so why skeletons?

unicorn -> skeleton transformer = one skeleton
champion -> skeleton transformer = one skeleton
Shouldn't champion produce two?

No, Woock's right. Champions, and pegasi for that matter, contain both a horse and a rider. They should be a two-for-one deal for the Necros.

*You can be stuck for days or weeks without a wood supply from a sawmill when there are miles of trees all around.
*The clothes of heroes and their armies don't burn or catch on fire when they travel over fire terrain or lava. Unless they are protected by magic, I can imagine the spell scrolls burning up, too.
*Wouldn't Efreets and Phoenixes start brushfires just by being around grass terrain? The same goes with Gog and especially Magogs with their fire bomb attacks.
*A scout hero with one measily Pikeman can be miles away from his home territory and still manage to bring all those loads of mercury and gold back to home base without help.
*Okay this a bit silly, but you can have a castle standing on a sandy beach, but wouldn't it be wiser to build it on rock instead? Not for everybody, but okay.

Along with the law, there should also be labor unions for the troops...what's this lump sum signing bonus with no salary? Most soldiers would at least demand food, shelter, and benefits.
In H4, you can freeze an efreeti solid with an ice demon. Explain how that works, please.

*Every town of the same alignment looks exactly like the next town.
*The Red/Black Dragon dwellings contain gold that apparently doesn't get added to the owner's treasury. Not even when the owner needs funds badly.
*The Green/Gold Dragon dwellings show creatures flying around even if there are no more to purchase that week. Must be the mommy Dragons.
*Wouldn't creatures like Dendroids catch fire while on standing on lava or while getting blasted by a Fireball spell?
*Shouldn't all mounted creatures benefit from a charge bonus, not just Cavaliers/Champions?
*Wouldn't a Fire Elemental or Efreet set the grassland on fire or melt the snow?
*Say a wandering stack of Rogues is guarding a pile of gold. Wouldn't the Rogues want to hide their stash instead of leaving it open for others to see? That goes for practically every other guardian.
*For a creature with that many arms, wouldn't a Naga or Naga Queen carry a shield too?
