It is not yet confirmed this is the actual list, but itīs very likely this will be the list. Some are still missing cause they are unknown.

The only castle missing is stronghold.

Asylum:

I should point out that the structure some websites point out as the "altar of water" is located in a place where troop structures are not normaly located in other towns. Given that all towns have the same layout, I think it's safe to guess that this "altar" is not a troop structure at all.

You can actualy figure out which structure in a screen shot is the lvl 4, lvl 3, lvl 2, and lvl 1 just from where they are in the picture. The lvl 3 is always to the left and slightly below the lvl 4, and the lvl 2 is to the left and slightly below that. The lvl 1 is right below the lvl 2. No clue where the 2nd lvl 1 is though.

Look at the bottom left corner (one of the level one creature dwellings is located there). It's obviously a wolf pen.

Level 1 dwellings are located at the same place in the newer screenshots as well. Where did you get the idea they might be summonable?

There is supposed to be a spell called summon wolf. However a few notes.....

1) There is no reason why a creature couldn't be both recruited and summoned

2) Just because a building is shaped like a wolf head doesn't mean you recruit wolves there. Could be satyrs or something else. I would expect wolves to be in a cave myself, but who knows.

If you got this from Celestial Heavens, I don't think they have updated for a loooonnnggg time.  Most of the pics are old, as they do show 6 levels in the pics, and there are now 4!  Paladins are now a hero type, not a creature.  Same for Lichs.  The Asylum and Academy creature lists have been revealed.  The final level for the Haven has been confirmed for Archangel/Champion.  There has been no concrete evidence of the creatures of Necropolis, only guesses. The only Stronghold creatures known to be in it are the Berserker, Goblin, Behemoth, and Cyclops as the other level 4!


!! Every level of creature has a walking type, and either a flying, magic, or shooting type.  Every!!


A while ago I made my own list from all the creatures that were known to be in the game:

Anyway, all those creatures are in the game, and the Necropolis is the only one I wouldn't bet on. (why don't they put Vampires or more undead in it?  It's an undead castle!!!).  I'm pretty dang sure I got the Stronghold town right.  I'd of put Peasents with the Pikemen, but the Archers are a level 1 unit.  Maybe it will be Peasents/Archers and have Pikemen higher?  Who knows?  Only 3do......

Hmmmm.

Those are the neutrals that I know will be in the game.  There should be more (there are 18!).

So that line-up is not known, but those creatures ARE in the game.  I am assuming that more undead will be in the Necropolis, and the demons will be summonable.  That would make more sense for an undead town, but this is 3do's BBQ, not mine.

The imps would make sense as a level 1 unit in Necro, but then the skeletons couldn't be there because there would be two level 1 walkers.  You would just choose the stronger one.  With the gargoyle there, you get to choose between a walker and a flyer, so there is more of a decision.

Besides, the Troglodyte is a neutral creature....

Then I'm wrong.

I have enough, um... testicular fortitude, to admit that I can be wrong.  But it would make more sense to have undead troops in an undead town.  Where would those undead troops go (they ARE in the game) if they are not in the Necro?

Death Magic's subskills are necromancy, occultism and demonology.  It seems that the new necropolis is half undead and half keepers of the dead.  Imps to torture the dead.  Cerebus to keep them in the underworld.  And Devils to poke them with pitchforks.  Necropolis is hybrid inferno town.

There will be a summon wolf spell and as Nature Magic is described by Blattner as 'quite a bit about summoning' this spell will most likely be a Nature spell. Perhaps they will also appear as neutral creatures on the map, but you'll most likely find them in a Preserve Army. Consider wolves as elementals, whose summon-spell only appears in one type of castle

I still think the wolf are a level 1 Preserve creature... And how do you get the third level to be basilisk/unicorn if you can choose either a flying,walking or shooting creature?

Oldtimer?? imps torture the death? They are the ones that get tortured! The pit lord is the one that tortures.. And can't 3do change the Devil into a Balrog?
