I was interested in this topic and wrote HotaTreeCalc, it's idea and design is based on LMOracle, but it doesn't interact with game memory, it's tree definition is based on first level-ups of the hero.
I uploaded it's python code to github:

Run main.py with python, but you need to install pyside6 or simply run compiled exe (download in releases: https://github.com/temig74/HotaTreeCalc/releases
I'm not a professional programmist, it's just my hobby now.
