Does anyone remember how bad Multiplayer was in Heroes 3 when it came out? How long it took to send the data between turns... several minutes unless both players were broadband.
So its expected to see bugs in H5.. in fact Ill prolly wait until the first patch before even attempting an online game (plus i still need the game to come in the mail)
And to that H4 fan.. There are too few H4 players for it to be worth running a tournament. In fact you could probably make your own tourney since with so few players itll be easy to run.

I just want my game too
I don't mind a few gliches...H5 is the new direction and it will only improve over time. I am happy that it is more like H3 in 3D
We will be getting patches (one as soon as next week)add-ons expansions with 2 new civ's (fingers crossed) I want my barbarians!  . A random map generator and Map editor...thats juss about perfect!

TOH was where I always played & someone coming into a TOH forum & bad mouths TOH.
They are going to get some flame 
It would be like I going into oracle & saying it is **** because of some dumb reason .

If you absolutely MUST have an H4 tournament, I can open one on Oracle... however, it will not be anything like what once was at ToH, and would be open only.
I tried that back when I first opened the OL again, and I had a grand total of 7 reports in 6 months.
7.

But I have the capability to do it easily, if necessary... doubt it will happen though. H5 is here, after all.

Like wiz said, with just a dozen games being reported, it simply isnt worth carrying an entire automations' worth for something like that. By the end of last season, there was about 8 players reporting games for homm4.
Edit:
Oooohhhh I'm dying of Heroes withdrawal. I have so much work to do with my other website projects and such that I have no time to even play an hour of singleplayer until the end of the month. I so want to spend a month playing day and night. I loved the little I played, and I think you all will as well. At least I don't feel like I'm behind, since you guys haven't even recieved the game yet.

I did some testing on that....
only the most recent 4 saves are kept.
Only (in mp) the start of a new day triggers the autosave (that i have seen).
What this means is that if you are blue, and you do something that crashes the game, you can load up the autosave, but then you have to wait for red to finish their turn AGAIN before you do anything.
I hope this will be fixed with the first patch... which I saw in use in the Ubi lobbies today. version 1.1 2 player game.

Playing my first game now on the ubi server with midnight, game is running nicely, no real delay between turns...graphics are excellent (love the town views and heroes 3-ish battles) Game really has a heroes feel which I found a bit lacking in heroes 4
Enjoying it so far

i checked Gamestop.com considering we have a gamestop where i live.. and to my glee it showed h5's arrival as 5/23 instead of best buy's 5/25.. so i go over there and the guy says "not till thursday" .. deceitful fiends. i want h5 now wahhhh
