Dedicated Server!
Thanks to GAO, Age of Heroes and Heroes Community have just been moved from shared hosting to a dedicated server. I'll explain the difference. Shared hosting involves hundreds or sometimes thousands of different web sites sharing the same server (one computer box). Dedicated hosting gives one user (humble me in this instance  ) complete control of the server. This particular dedicated server is located in Los Angeles, is twice as powerful as my home computer, and is presently doing pretty much nothing aside from running AOH and HC 
First of all, check out how fast AOH and HC load. For me about 2-3x as fast as before, which is lightning
Secondly, slowdowns or outages are now extremely unlikely, and reliability is greater.
Thirdly, we have plenty of room and bandwidth to develop various great features in the future.
Most importantly, nothing should interfere with HC addicts getting their fix any more, aside from their spouses or parents

Whoa, I have noticed the changes already Valeriy and must say you are a genious, we are lucky to have someone like you to make all these wonderful choices regarding HC and all that.

Don't forget to change your time settings in your profiles now. New server seems 2 hours behind the old one..

Ah Yes . . .
This explains why I've been loading so fast. I thought it was temporary. Now I know that it isn't. This is a great evolution for the Heroes Community we all love so much.

What I want to highlight and give a big round of applause to Valera for is that he switched servers without anyone noticing any downtime!!
DNS propagation usually takes up a few to 48 hours. Switching live content as a huge forum database like HC also usually involves taking the forums down for at least a day. I didn't see any of that here.
