Thus, the only reasonable path for Nival to select will be making their own town - and it might not match our expectations, but at least none of us will have reason to feel trampled upon.
Just a thought ...
Futurisch orcs will be the allyes of the Drugged Orcs.

I disagree with you.
First, in Nival will develop one of these faction, it won't be concerned about offers they didn't developed.
They have allready so many offers and all they want in that more people will buy their games.
A new expandsion pack will raise up the number of sells.
Second, people here know well that this might be our only chance to get to Nival developers.
I think it's better to use this chance instead of worring that someone might be sad that they used other faction, and ignore this chance.
That's my opinion.

I agree with GenieLord. WE will send e-mail to the nival, the tropical, the two strongholds and, the drugges and the settlement will be in the game! People will be intrested. I sure if it will be in the game, you will first try the settlement town.

Yeah, all I'm saying is that sometimes it's worthwhile to see it from the other (in this case Nival's) point of view. I might be wrong, all I'm saying is that if I was Nival, I might see a point in doing my own developing, because that is how I'd maximize my odds of generating satisfied customers - and satisfied customers meens more money, which is good business thinking. And as I've said before, I'm not saying this to hold you down, just an attempt to keep it real. I think there's a lot of wishfull thinking and very little reality on this board.

in my own opinion, the Drugess Faction, is mereley for laughs, if it was added to the game though it would be histerical, i can see it now

If you wish to try and send your ideas no one will stop you. However, there is one thing I must ask you if you're going to the end with this: make sure that you've already done all you can for these factions, meaning - it fits in the H5 universe (no drugs , no lasers etc...), there is a full descrpition of the race, units, towns, hero special, history and anything else you can think of.
There are 2 reasons I'm asking this:
1) I'd like to think that Nival thinks high about this forum and considers ideas that are sent from here, and it's better it stays this way. (quality is better then quantity)
2) If the town is not completed, Nival probably won't even look at it because they'll have to work on it too much.
