Ted I like your atlantis Idea.
But the problom is: If they are water creaturs, that comes from the sea, way do they need ships?
If they use ship, it won't be logical.
I think that's the only reason why they didn't do the atlantis before.
And KnightDougal, I'm sorry about the drugged orcs...
Ted: Tell me your real opinion:
Do you realy think that we need to Drugged orcs to Nival/Ubsisoft?
I just think it's not proffesional, and when they'll see it, they won't take seriously any faction in the letter.

urm one thing, i never said they lived in water, they live by the water, but not in it, MINE IS THEMED ON THE MOVIE ATLANTIS: THE LOST EMPIRE, made by Disney in 2001, the units are more shoreline creatures or if you like, river creatures,
i really dont mind not having Drugged orcs in here, there only for fun and KnightDougal please let it go

you should its one of the best movies made by Disney ever, sadly it never went well for the preoducers they spent 15 billoin dollers on it and it only made $10 billion on sales, it was made by the great people who gave us Lion King

info: the atlantians had a powersource made from the collecter soles of the past people, they used this power to have knowlegde and power, eventually the gods (could be Asha) became jealous of them and used a great flood to sink the city,
The powersource used giant statues to generate a sheild protecting the some of the city from the flood, for this to work, a person with royal blood is sackrificed to save the city.
ok thats about it for all my knowledge on atlantis, good luck, remember tommorrow i WILL make the thread unless someone says no

this is just a passing thought. but what about a town that uses a different resource to one of the resources already there (mercury for example) but instead gains a resource for everytime it captures a town or defeats a hero. victory points, shall we call it.

if you read the nuetral factions, you'll see the brutal troll faction, the warren. maybe i could use it for that.

I have two ICTC factions too: Sorceress revival (from HoMM 1&2) and Half-breeds, such as half-elves.
I have a third one, Hideout, which is a combination of the Lizardmen and the Barabrians, who the Lizardmen enslaved. Ogres fighting side by side with Gorgons, Trolls and Cyclopses on the battlefied. Basilisks, Orcs, and Lizardmen archers all fighting together.
But I have not published it yet, even it is ready for publishment (stats, skills, etc). I don't have creature images yet (I'm working on completly finishing my Prison and Guild towns first).

possible creature line-up for the hideout
orc warrior-> orc archer
orc veteran-> orc gladiator
lizardman ssssssslaver-> lizardman oversssssssseer
troll slave-> battle troll
lizardman priesssssssst-> lizardman witchdoctor
gorgon-> mighty gorgon
Basssssilisssssk-> Cockatrice.
