Do you mean a sequel to Book 4?

I have only discovered this gem recently. NO one mentioned it while we where discussing our new EE campaigns, I am very glad Markkur did yesterday.
I just played the first mission of Book 1 in the wee night with our enhanced AI (3.1h), and it was easily the best Heroes session I ever had, and I had a lot back in Heroes III heydays.
Absolutely intelligent map design, I had to give my best until the very last day, a good deal of close fights that I made just so and truly intelligent scouting, reinforcement and strategic choices are required. The way you designed the map, with its connecting terrain, how you placed the towns, the dwellings, the hill fortress and so on made it a perfect strategic battle ground.
I actually felt proud to have won this map, like a general who has done everything right, scouting, reinforcements, choosing the right battles and retreating if the situation required it. You had trimmed the town building limits perfectly, and it was very fortunate that the towns didn't sport arrow towers to make the required battles for towns more evenhanded. Perfect feeling for the amount of dwellings as well. I had set the AI to heroic, it has no cheat at all now, I only started with somewhat reduced starting resources, and this made me push things hard to meet the time limit. (I always play in iron man mode without reloading saves because this gives the best experience). And the AI kept it coming, never giving up, a total contrast to the original H5 lacklustre campaigns.
I wasn't aware that the original Heroes III music is that much of a treat, with the dynamic and flavour it adds.
Beyond that you have done an excellent job to give the player motivation, and how you present the story has the player longing for more. I see why they made you lead level designer for H6.
In short, this is a strategic experience that has the player hooked for more, once they know that a strategy game can be that rich.
I am looking forward to play more, and I will make sure that our enhanced AI does its best in each mission.

Well, I was wondering, how is the project going, will it be out soon ??
I'm very exited about a sequel !!
Edit: I just though about something, if there is a sequel, could it be happening in Aalondor ?

I have just recently discovered and started this the last few weeks. My favorite mission so far was the 3rd in Book 1.
I am on book 2 now and have a problem with mission 3. I have completed the objectives for 5 of the Stella. However one of them asks for what I think is called the elemental waistband or something like that. I cannot find it anywhere. I have hit all the creature banks, derelict ships and looked all over, Can anyone tell where to find it? Thanks for any help.

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but not sure where else to look for an answer...
Is this project abandoned? I mean will the books 3 and 4 will be out eventually? And/or sequel even? Site for LOTA is not having any updates, only downloadable content are books 1 and 2.
Anyone got any details or updates? Makers hopefully?

Yes I can tell you that it's not abandoned ^^ we're working on book 3 right now and finish it's scripting ^^ after this, just finishing book 4 and it'll be out ^^
And after all that, I think Cepheus and Marzhin will use a little rest ^^ (they clearly deserve it ^^)

That's great to hear (read)!
I gave a shot yesterday at Book 1, in one of my many comebacks to H5 (seeing as H6 is for now a no-go for me) and boy, that was something!
Not sure if it is because I'm using AI 3.1 patch from Quantomas and the crew, or I'm just that bad, but I got my butt handed to me on a plate Nevertheless, gonna give it another try tonight, this time around I think I know what changes to make to get it done

Hi there, im curently play additional campaign Sunken kingdoms (very good one thanks to its creator) but i have some problem, same as i was playing hammers of fate warlocks campaign. i have 20 level (heroic) and i have not even one possibilities to aquire "Empowered spell" ability (in hammers of fate i do not have it until lev. 28 when its final occur) . Is it some kind of bug or is it intented? i play it with essence mod latest possible. its kinda sad that i do not have the most powerful ability of warlock. (also i played almost whole hammers of fate warlock campaign without elemental chain which i could choose only one on firsts levels but i decide to choose other ability , than it wont show for 24 levels at all )

so do not wait go and find new one im waitin for B3... just jokin , thank u for your hard work to give us very good new campaigns (do u gather donations couse there is no such a thing on lota page and i think that many people would spent few $ to show appreciation for many hours of your work). i think that H6 is crap and boring in comparison to H5 almost at everything (especialy in heroes development) so additional campaigns to H5 is blessing for me .

It's working fine and was enjoyable up to Emila's appearance. I did not have time to continue though. I can't help but feel sorry for chain lightning becoming obsolete for anyone but a warlock or necromancer.. Solmyr can't do much.

What I need to do with Stela of Cosmonium in mission 3 of Book 2. What artifact/something bring to this stela. I played 2h of this map, blue guy was eliminated and this stela left to break magic barrier.
