@Gnoll_Mage: Maybe you are right, I want to add some old thinks from Heroes 3 and maybe Heroes 2.
@alcibiades: Thanks for your criticism. For the names, I just want to start with something small
For the name (topic) the key is maybe to start new topic called with the name of the MOD.
Ok, now for all, same creatures looks changes:
This are the green Spectres (originaly it is from the beta), I,ve fixed the MOD for 1.1 form the data site:
This is the red Archlich (originaly it is from the beta), just white is not colour for lich:
This is the pladin (originaly it is from the beta) so it is better.
This is cavalier (originaly it is from the beta)
This is the Griffin:
And the Imperial Griffin (I'll add green eyes):
Swordman(originaly it is from the beta) the eagle on the shield:
Crusader(originaly it is from the beta):
Monk (originaly it is from the beta):
Archer (originaly it is from the beta):
Dark Champion (originaly it is from the beta):
Red Dragon (form the visual site):
Gold Dragon (form the visual site):
Blood Fury, and Maden with more outer garments (form the visual site):

I love the Griffins as they are in H5 (not the beta), though the Imperial griffin is cooler in the beta.
Why do Blood maides/furies have more outfit?
And I see Haven suffered a lot of changes since the beta. Just remember to not make it too H3-ish like

All those models seems to be better than those in the released version. It is more logical that the Dark elf chics battle with clothes on, and the Haven units is fantastic.
If you look at the files, it seems like they where better hero names in the begining, but those where scratched later. They should be changed back (like that fortress guy with -1Q said)!

The bad thing with mooding H5 is that the abilities can't be changed, so mostly name and statistics can. I therefore propose:
Haven: Implement the old fine graphics (maybe not the old imperial griffin, but the rest are good)
Give Conscripts 2 (+1) defence, 5(+1) speed and 10(+2) Initiative. That will make them a at least decent upgrade.
Decrease cost for Inquisitors to 800(-100) gold. I like the helmet, it should stay.
Decrease Archangel Hp to 200(-20)
Necropolis: Increase Skeleton Archers attack to 2(+1) and cost to 40(+10) gold.
Rename Ghosts to Manes and decrease their cost to 90(-10) gold. Decrease Spectres cost to 120(-20) gold.
Increase Wraiths defence to 26 and Initiative to 12. This would make them a better upgrade.
Decrease the bone Dragons costs to 2000(-400) gold. Decrease Spectral Dragons cost to 2400(-500) gold and 1 mercury. Rename them to Ghost dragons.
The other seems balanced, except for Infernos and Academy’s costs that are too high.

Sad, but it's almost true.. what a "modable" game, using so maany text files.. for almost nothing

No way, for their growth, and with their Bash ability, they're already tough enough -- improve zombies first.

Why? They are durable and have good spells.. they are not meant to do damage (as Djinns, which are fragile but inflict heavy damage).

I agree. It should also decrease Defense to 29, like the Arch devil.

With necromancy, I wouldn't suggest any better skellies actually...

Huh, Manes? Why? Ghosts sound more logical to me. Spectres are already too tough, maybe increase damage of Ghosts.

I agree, though I still think the Wight looks cooler and more "death" itself.

I have said this before to someone else, you're breaking the point of tier 7s.. they should cost the resource of the faction (aka the one which the resource silo produces).

Spectral dragon name is cool. Maybe keep the name but add incorporeal ability to them.

Haven units look overall a lot better, but might need to change them from red to blue, it makes them look less renegadeish, dont forget to post the beta peasents,
caviliars are funky, griffens are horrible, keep the ones in Heroes 5 normal, monks ok, archers great
spectres are better as well as Archlich
blood maidens are great! dark champions good
dragons are better (could use black dragon as new neutral?, same goes for old pictures of creatures)
changeing the names of creatures is nice, but as Alc says its not that nessicary, and doesnt do anything for the game

Archlich should be more "dark-red" if you know what I mean.
Besides, the Peasant in the beta looks like a clown in colors.

Vok: Nice work you did of gathering all those creatures' pictures. Well-done!
Some of them even look better as they were in the Beta version.
But it's a matter of taste.
Like, I prefer the Grim Rider as it was in the Beta, but I sure not many people will agree.

yes thats true, i suppose you could add it to Heroes 5 and call it a farmer, just too add more neutrals, same goes for black dragon, squire and cavialiar (re-name the Heroes 5 one to Husser). well thats what i think

Alc has expressed more succinctly something like what I was trying to say - that there is a difference between WoG, basically a new game, and general balancing and edits. You could go for one, or both, but with balancing there'll always be people who preferred it as it was. With new features, there's no suggestion that people are supposed to `like it more` - it's just extensions; effectively you're playing a different game. The best idea is to let people choose what particular edits they want, probably best done with separate mods. Just my 2 cents though, as they say. It certainly doesn't stop everyone having fun discussing what changes they'd make, and then having to argue their case.
It certainly is a shame H5 is not more moddable - it makes me wonder how the WoG team actually managed to change H3, even though (to my knowledge) changing that is far from easy ...?

???????* --> fallen angel

1) I Agree With Alc, good things to put in would be a Create-A-Spell and Create-A-Hero
2) Yay for the griffins, but the white one is a smidge to much white.

4) A nifty name for the Patch? SEAL = Shattered Eras of Ashan's Legends
5) What other features can we have? How about an Artifact named after each of us, one way or another:
Daystar's Guide to Magyk = + Wisdom
Blades of Alci = + Attack
Shinbones of the Dougalian Knights = Makes Hero faster, but - Wisdom
Red Head of Ted = Decreases Enemy Morale
Feather of the Genie Lord = Units imune to puppet spell
Staff of the Gnoll_Mage = + Spell Power

Ok, thanks for the question, what we can add, and remove, and the changes:
1. We can change everything in the textes.
2. We can change the look of the most creatures.
3. We can change all creatures attributes.
4. We can change the cost of all buildings.
5. We can change all hero attributes.
6. We can add some abilities to the creatures, like caster, teleportation, to make the creatures small.
7. We can change, exchange abilities (creatures).
8. I find a way to add new heroes (not sure, but now I know, that it is possibly)
9. To add new creatures? Not sure...
10. To modify or change all images in the game!
11. To create a campaign.
12. I'm searching for artifacts changes
Don't know what more at the moment, but it is enough for first MOD version

I have several questions and coments:
1- How do you disable trainings in between units in haven?
2- I think Necropolis should be little darker to symbolize evil and death
3- Also haven sould have light colorations such as yellow, white, blue. ( I see some units such as you crusader in red )
4- If you can change the look of zombies the are not that great
5- Don't change any price of units or stats since they are nicely bacelnced.

I know maybe it's impossible but I'd like to change the Fire/Acid breath abilities. It's so annoying when the dragons retaliate and hit your own creatures just to kill one steel golem or something like that
