Well, pretty nice start.

Have you read The Hobbit?
The Hobbits, or the Halflings, are innocent small creatures, a bit magical. They only look for a peaceful life.
Your line up contains evil and brutal creatures, that I wouldn't consider Hobbits; Brute, Guerilla, Sniper, Skullbat Raider, Chain Guard, War Wolf, and more.

I have to say that the creatures definitely remind me beast-men faction.
You can go with this direction, if you want to stick to them.

This faction (by Ted) shows the nature of the Hobbits well.
Just read it, and you'll understand better what kind of creatures are they.

I am not basing this off of lord of the rings! Theese Halflings are indeed good but they like to get in the middle of fights.

However because of their size they have to resort to aggresion and scaring the enemy

(I mean your proably not going to be scared of a little halfling but if this Halfling happens to be riding a giant and terrifying bat well)

By the way My Bro is just trying to be original so quit sueing him for not making them LotR Hallflings

Oh plus here are the 7 Halfling Godesses:
Elana: godess of water.
Nareetaa: godess of life.
Jayamee: godess of the sun.
Yiimie: godess of trees.
Carimy: godess of animals.
Aretaar: godess of misfortune.
Demietree: godess of luck.
(See their are Halfling Godesses and if u add it all up their are 17 gods and godesses total)

Oh and for the record there is no way I am basing Halflings off of those Hobiton ones.

They are an Insult to Halflings everywhere, and if they like fun so much why do they even have an army?!

some societies do have that. everything from the sun to the kitchen sink has a god, but worship is much more relax, and using an everyday appliance is like worshipping it.

compared to this, 17 gods is much less than that, at least he isn't having 3 gods for the same thing.

Asha created the Halflings but he is all the Halfling gods he sort of put it into a way they could understand.

They had always thought that theese 17 gods were their gods so for Asha to help them he had to appear as their gods and they are content with this.

(plus think of hinduism they have lots of gods but belive they are all really one god.)

It comes from latin.  The 1st declention endings almost entirely have "a" in them, though usually coupled with some other ending (ae, am, as)  The first declention is entirely used for female nouns, so the "a" ending is almost excusivley used for female nouns and names.  Asha, Shallassa, Sylanna, and Mallassa: all female, all "-a"

that would be interesting... but only for the alchemists and harpies... halflings? no..
the dwarves are way better because they're more like ass-kicking warriors while hobbits are peace-loving villagers... it would be actually fun to see them get stomped on by cyclops and titans

No.

There is a faction like this in Pox nora for those whove played it and they own but aren't remotely cool which is pretty annoying because you want to play as them but then feel bad because they are so incredibly uncool.

Why can't halflings be left as a unit in a town? Why do they need their own town?
