It is not "if", it is you HAVE to bypass him and get resurrect. As for K sailing, there is a way to prohibit him landing on the other side. Like digging a hole or blocking with Kyree.

Hey guys,
I've been playing utb but I can't manage to beat tan player. I went to the tower to get resurrection whilst running away from their stronger hero, but I have no idea how to beat him. Any tips? Much appreciated

I had to force him to attack me in Tower, in open field, it was pretty much a slaughter. Also, don't think it matters too much if YOU attack him in castle, main thing is that battle is there.
Have Yog (Gili something) bring you latest batch of troops and good luck. Think I had couple of solo dragonflies to distract titans first few turns.

hello,
I am stuck as well  my problem is at the rampart towns in the south east. I have claimed the most southern left town without a real fight (just a hero with 10k centaurs) and the next turn their main hero will attack me.
now, here are a few things i tried:
(note: i am currently in month 7 week 3, i know thats kinda late, but do you have a much greater advantage any other way?)
1. I went head to head against a more superior army. my army was:
1600 mighty gorgons
1000 wyvern monarchs
600 chaos hydras
1800 grand elves
1800 lizard warriors
1 rust dragon (replaced 300 behemoths for it so iwould be faster then the gold dragons)
versus:
5500 grand elves
4000 silver pegasi
6000 battle dwarves
3000 dendroid soldiers
1700 unicorns
800 gold dragons
Against a hero with better stats this is a lost battle (unless anyone else has advice?) i do not have the sacrifice spell yet.
second thing i tried: 1800 grand elves (with ammocart)
1 rust dragon
1 dragon fly (x 5)
i cast force field round 1 to protect my elves, rust dragons fly in position
enemy turn: casts air shield, kills 1 dragon fly.
dragon flies turn: i either use them to attack their 2 stacks of grand elves (he splits them)to remove air shield and apply weakness or to block their ranged attack. that turn he kills the dragon flies.
Round 2: i either cast:
1. forgetfullness (otherwise hios grand elves will kill mine)
2. blind on 1 of the grand elf stacks
then with my grand elves i attack one of his elf stacks, or i destory the catapult.
he marchers forwards with his units and casts earthquake, my casltewalls fall.
This is the moment where i lose, in 2 turns he either has his dendroids, dwarves or forgetfullnessed grand elves inside, killing my rust dragon and then its over. i cannot prevent his melee units from getting inside and the ait shield greatly reduces my damage done on his units.
I like to hear possible solutions from anyone

Clone on mighty gorgons, leave out lizards, but bring in behemots.

Angel Delight
Hi guys. I'm stucked vs Angel Delight (Castle). It's just very frustrating...
I've tried the shooters/forcefield tactic and doesn't seem to work.
I bring my whole army and by the time everyone is blind, my troops are really damaged. To resurrect 2k.. cows will cost me around 600 mana.
I heard about the sacrifice tactic but the fodders are dead with a single shoot.
I've tried many different aproaches and couldn't make it.
I'd really appreciate if someone explain me step by step how to get through this one.

bring only elves and 6 small suicidal stacks, then retry it

You mean single units like genies or stacks to resurrect like 2k gnolls? If you meant singles,they are all dead before I blind their entire army. Tried that already.

not single but somewhat like 6*15-20 to tank castle towers. Turn 1 - block the gate and blind one stack of his shooters. He shouldnt rush out cause his another stack is still stronger than elves. then get rid of your catapult and blind angels and griffins, then and only then blind his second pack of shooters. he cand leave his castle and damage you anyhow now. keep on blinding, ressurect elves and use clones and frenzy to defeat him.
i dont remember the actual set up for that battle, if enemy hero has some certain spells like chain lighting or teleport you are in trouble. but i remember this was an easy battle for me so he probably doesnt

He does have teleport although I've never tried blinding his shooters. I was always using forgetfulness after blinding Angels and griffins.
I managed to beat him finally ending with 3 big stacks of sacrifice fodder down. I gotta try your tactic and see. Thanks

Hi, I think I need help. I am not able to defeat Kein Schwanz (the strongest hero from Towers). I faced him in the begining of 3rd month with my army 963 grand elves, 56 cyclops kings, 28 chaos hydras, 16 m. genies, 55 ogres, 31 m. gorgons and 5 titans. His army is 115 titans, 1043 iron golems, 321 naga q., 1262 gargoyles, 722 mages and 520 m. genies. Do you think there is any chance of defeating him? He has the tactics and the first unit to start is always his titan. The first round he smacks down all my elves but 100. Any hints? thanks
