A few comments:
Alternate Raelag sucks.
Yrbeth is indeed a sad story.
Now we know where they came up with the duchies, ubi just mentioned them randomly. Apparently they had plans that got scrapped.
Old towns were too cute, especially necro.
Old interface was crap, simple as that.
The old fortress.. That's interesting. Does not have that depth but the dark industrious cavern always works.
Heh the gating symbol is a sign of how the devils could have been. Which wouldn't be too bad.
Pit fiends were supposed to have long swords LOL!
Hmm succubi with leather and the skull symbols would actually look better.. Also they look more human.
Totally hate old nightmare conept art. It's indeed nightmarish..
Klu klux clan ghosts HAHAHA awesome! The ghosts could also work with sword but I like them in the final version.
Wow liches without a dress.
Once upon a time the genies had a face. Shocking revelation.
Bears wouldn't be bad without riders but maybe they considered it would be a copy of the golden compass. Armoured bears.
Dark knights were actually cool. Why did they keep the colourful ones..?
We could have had a pink or blue phoenix..? (Lol articuno)  Holy crap Nival really hates them!

I have always wondered how Raelag managed to fit his ears into the Agrael suit. What a design flaw.
IMO they should have kept both hero models and used this one for Sorgal. Make him a campaign character or something.

No problemo and thanks for the kind comments guys But cant remember I saw or added something concerning "djinns with faces"? Those old renders didnt seem to have faces IMO.
I like how Raelag turned out, short hair wouldnt fit. Though! They could at least have dyed his hair black 
Interesting to note that the Hell Charger didnt originally have that nose horn. But guess Nival changed mind by thinking "how could this hellish horse fight without some kind of personal weapon?" Harsh language I say

I thought about the same thing, good they scrapped that or there could be an ourage of antirasism against Nival and UBI.
Those long ears may mean age or something, I see some of the elves have short "normal" sized elf ears.

I may upload some more images sooner, for now I have to focus finishing my Darkwood town too, adding some creature abilities and descriptions etc...

Does not show much but at least in the djinn artwork you can see part of their head under the turban  The ones we have kinda remind me of Mexicans with sobreros

I found what you mean, yeah those would do good in H6. And its sombreos, isnt it?

As long as they call those fire dragon sketches wyrms and do something about their legs, well then I would like to have them in.
Also as you do, I really like the fresh concept of that haven town, its close to what I want my dreamplace to be, open grassy plains, near the coast with a kick ass medieval town and castle upon some grassy hills. Would like some scattered forests around though
BTW
Aint that a Night Elf control panel from Warcraft 3??
Seems the hatred rumnors were true that Nival indeed have been inspired by the WC phenomena, but to this extent?
This really cool tatto belong to a fan named Noam Ripp..anyone heard of him?

I downloaded Orfinn's pack of images. Those ghost/spectre sketches are amazing. They should look like them.
Has someone who has Heroes Complete a scanner? The images would be better if the artbook would be scanned. When you take fotos of them, it makes the quality very crappy.
