That's their choice, he has nothing to do with it... he is an great artist, and peoples just want someone to blame for stuff. Other peoples play worse music, about more death, shooting and such. I would rather blame hip-hop, rap and such snow. 'Cause there people shoot each other more often, it's more "gangster"-peoples, there is much more violence, drugs and such snow there... so there is no use blaming one single person for all bad. Blame the government, blame parents, blame friends... they are the persons who have most influence on the kids.

Ok, I edited my post, because I misread your post... though for the record - it wasn't a rant, it was a polite request.
About his music kids listened to in that school... I'm sure there are a lot of video games they played as well, are you going to hate all of them too? And can you even be sure that Manson is the only thing they were listening to?
Edit: no, I was not talking about Marilyn Manson, I was talking about MightyMage.

He does have something to do with it, especially if he influences this kind of behaviour.
People wouldn't blame others if the artist or person was not to blame in the first place, perhaps they did something that make people blame him for things, which I think is the reason why people blame him.
Sure he might be a great artist, but that doesn't stop him from doing wrong things, like influencing people to do bad things.
Have you heard every song in the world? How would you know if people play worse music?
IMO, MM plays terrible music, but that is just my opinion.
So you would rather blame hip-hop and rap and such? Okay have fun with that, because I doubt you know what you are talking about.
I think that nearly every type of music (with exceptions of Electronic, classical etc etc you get the point), would have people making songs about shooting, drugs and all that stuff, so don't you go blaming hip-hop and all that, when you were saying that people blame MM for this stuff, and now look who is blaming
I also think that people who are celebrities, like musicians, can influence large amounts of people, and in this instance, Manson.
Blaming other kids and all that won't make a difference, because Manson is sorta popular, and alot of people listen to his music, so he can influence very large amounts of people with this.
I don't think you really know what you are talking about, and I think you are just trying to defend Manson here, but not look at other peoples points of view.

Now why not just blame the kids? Sure they get all kinds of influence but they did it.
As everyone knows fighting over matters of taste won't lead anywhere.
Manson sure is ugly though

I'm not a big fan of 'Like A Stone', but I'd take it any day over RATM's 'Bulls On Parade'. Just can't stand the latter song for various reasons.
