Shyft chuckles. "Why fly when you can teleport. I can handle the few that we are taking with us. Besides, I don't think our other ships are out there anymore after that explosion. We best get before whoever or whatever comes in to finish the job." He rounds up those going, and teleports to the other ship. (Will return to this in a minute)
Meanwhile Brainchild suddenly gets nervous. "Malice, you had best get your rear outside. We got incoming. It's going to take me time to get shields and engines back online! We have weapons, but that last salvo severly depleted them. New guy...what is your name anyhow? Nevermind, no time. Would you check on the intruder. Unkown if hostile. Two lifesigns, only one human, the other appears to be a dog.."
Back in the other ship, the scene is strange. Very little technology inside the ship (though the ship is quite advanced). People walk about in plain brown robes. They cautiously greet you, but do not find it odd that you just appeared there. One of them walks up. "Welcome, I am Brother Jhea of the Circle. Peace be with you, and may Donala protect you all your days. We know why you have come. Please, join us for a meal. We will explain as we can."
It gets a bit more eerie after that. You are served your favorite food and beverage. As if they know what you would prefer. They are very kind and attentive, but do not talk until prayer and the meal is done. "You have many questions, please feel free to ask. Though our seers have forseen this meeting, it is only proper we do not use our forsight to change the flow of the events."

The meal was delightful and the normally watchful illusionist can't help but feel at ease. But now is the time to learn a few things.
"My thank you for your hospitality. I noticed that the dish selection was not based on chance so either you can read minds or your seers also foretold what our preferences were." Mindreaver smiles.
"On a more important note who are you and what if your purpose here? Do you know anything that could help us against our common enemies? And finally I was hoping you could share some your technology with us, truth be told we were unprepared for this incident and will be hard pressed to repel them."

"We are simple folks. We follow a different path then our brothers. If not for the courageous people of this ship, we would have been left behind on a barren planet. However, we do know quite a lot, and ways to help you. All we ask is a place to call our own and a chance to live in peace after. With this ships help we can terraform a barren area, so it does not have to be someplace already populated."
He sighs and gets comfortable. "Our brothers have become too dependant on energy. They need energy just to live now. However, they use up energy sources at such a rate, that anywhere they go it becomes totally barren within a few years. First, they destroy any food making system a civilized planet may have. Crops, technology, anything that they can sabotage. Then they offer new crops and new energy devices. For a bit both sides benifit. The new energy devices, however, are not what they seem. They do produce a lot more energy from most sources, but it does not come from nowhere like they say."
He looks at the group, you can see the sorrow in his eyes. "It comes from the planet's population. Soon, they themselves need the energy to survive, and ten percent of all energy during the whole time goes to our brothers. As soon as their energy is depleted, they move on, leaving the others to fend for themselves. Within a week that planet is uninhabitable."
The others around look ashamed of there 'brothers' actions. "We are peaceful, and do not use weapons or any technology unless absolutely unavoidable. We never will commit an act of violence however. They know we have the ability to restore your food supplies in days. It is doubtful they will let us try. A matter of time before they come again to destroy us. By the way, thank you for intervening the first time."

“Intruder? How…Never mind.”
Liarron decides to follow Brainchild’s request, and goes to check on who has intruded. He makes it a quick trip, by phasing through things, to get to the location as soon as he can. He finds the vehicle before to finds the two.
“Well, that’s a nice car! Can phase itself, as I can. I’ll have to look into that option for my bike! Well, enough of that. I hate to do this, but…”
Liarron goes to the front wheels of the car, and removes the hubcaps (if any), and the wheels. This is done either by, somehow, unscrewing the bolts, and keeping them, or charging the bolts to make small explosions. Whichever way he has to do this, he takes the hubcaps (again, if any) and the wheels with him in search of the man and his dog. It doesn’t take much longer before both are found. He guesses they were the ones he was looking for.
“Stop where you are, old man. What is your purpose for being on this spaceship?”
Liarron keeps a tire ready for combat, if needed.

"Con Foundit! What do you think you are doing with my tires you whelp?!" shouts Old Man angirly at the youngin walking off with his hubcaps and wheels. Baskerville starts to growl and Old Man lifts depresses a button on his cane.
"This will teach you punk!" The missing hubcap starts to buzz and mild, electric shock surges through the young man's body, causing him to drop rims and wheels.
Before the youngin' can react, Old Man points his cane towards him. An eerie green light emanates from its tip.
"Now, would you mind telling me why you are yanking parts off my car? It's not cheap to maintain you know. It cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. A lot of good men spent their youth assembling Cadillacs and it's a disgrace to their memory! That's what's wrong with you kids today! You have no respect for the hard work people have put into things. You listening punk? Back in my day, we didn't steal peoples huncaps and tires. We earned them through hardwork and a job. Do you know what that is punk? A job. It's something you do to make money. I had a job to buy this car. I worked at this one pleace..."
The would-be car thief feels an overwhelming urge to fall asleep while listening to the old timer ramble on and on. After about ten minutes, the story finally stops.
"...and that was one strage monkey." finishes Old Man as he lowers his cane, no longer feeling threatend by the almost comatose individual before him.
"Now why were you trying to steal my tires?" he repeats firmly as Baskerville growls lightly.

Liarron is, indeed, rather bored by what Old Man has to say. He considered charging one of his shoes to blow, but doesn’t. After the man finishes, he yawns, and comes back to being aware of what’s going on, and hears the final question.
“Well, honestly, I was going to blow you and your little dog to pieces. That is, if it was needed. However, seeing as how you seem to have busted in here, I don’t think you are one of the people who work in this place. Though, hearing you, you would probably fit right in... Anyway, since you ‘busted’ in to this place, you must be here to cause problems for them. In that case, I welcome you to cause all the problems your old mind can think up, towards my captors. I don’t know where you could cause the most trouble, though. The lady in the cage might. Follow me if you want to speak with her.”
Not caring too much about the old guy anymore, Liarron turns to the door, and walks out. He decides to walk out normally so the man can follow, if he should decide to.

Mindreaver has been listening silently all the while. That definitely shed some light on the whole case but it will not help in the upcoming fight.
"It was the least we could do. Yes I beieve we could help each other provided we make it back in one piece. I suggest you take cover if anything happens before we reach our destination. If you are not warriors make sure to stay out of harm's way and we'll do what we can to protect you."

Problem Child, who started to like the aliens right after the meal that looked and tasted like it was made a thousand years ago and preserved in an air-tight room, prepared to hug each and every one of them when the speach was over.
"If I'm ever going to get back to my time, I'll show everyone how destructive energy could be and how close to nature we should all be! Don't worry, guys, I'll never let those techno monsters hurt your peaceful brotherhood!"

Cargo ship (The ship with the peaceful group of aliens on it).
The aliens look at everybody. "We thank you, but it maybe too dangerous for you here. This ship is a cargo ship with no weapons or shields. Soon they will return and destroy us. It maybe safer for you if you departed. We would not have more deaths on our conscious."
About that time alarms sound throughout the ship. The leader looks concerned. "It may already be too late, that means they are coming for us."
No ships, no weapons, no shields. Facing an armada, trying to protect a defenseless ship. How will our heroes survive?
Stealth ship.
Over the intercom. "Hey if you two are finished making out, we have loads of ships incoming. I can't access the systems I need to from where I am. Heck, I can't even get the shields running. So, if you two want to live, you will find a way to get me to the neccessary areas like yesterday."
((Assuming temporary control of Malice until Ceres can return)).
Malice heads out to buy some time. At least with her new super mech she will be finally able to bust some heads. Steam takes off with her, set up with a modified suit made by brianchild.

Problem Child listens to the alarm and to the words of the alien leader. A small group of men must take down an armada... how is that even possible? No man he knows of has been able to defeat an army (except for Rambo, but Problem Child suspected he was just another military propaganda trick). Unless... Problem Child looks up at the others:
"If there are as many spaceships as you say there are, then they must have a leader, some kind of main ship that controls and organizes the assault. If there is a spaceship like that, would it stand out in the "crowd" of other ships and would destroying it help us?"

"We know nothing of such matters, it is against our natures to commit violence. However, one thing we do know is that those who do not follow our ways prefer not to fight in space. No clue as to why however. Disabling a few of the ships should get them to break off quickly."

Getting tired of waiting for the old guy, Liarron decides to just leave him behind. He goes back to phasing through walls, to return to where Brainchild is.
“Alright, bird lady. What do we need to do to get you to these ‘necessary areas’?”

"Do I look like I have feathers? Mechanical parts are not feathers, just so we are clear." she seems to consider for awhile. "There are a couple of options. One, you can run some cables from the nearest terminal to me, or two you can get a space suit for me. Since this dang thing is too large to be..." she stops suddenly.
One of the rebels, looking like a huge part man part bear walks up to Liarron. "You want me to move her?" he certianly looks like he can move the container, and probably the whole ship if needed.
Brainchild starts to protest, but he stops her. "Sorry ma'm. You are probably pretty smart, and all, but you don't come accross as a leader. This guy does."
He looks at Liarron again. "You need something done, just let me know."

The outer space is so big, and it is a perfect playground for a mech lover, trigger happy, war-freak lady like Malice. The planet below can probably bore her at this point of time. With a bigger robot, a bigger space will complete all the fun. Plus, the neuro mech is a new toy for her to play with, which adds the excitement.
But still, Malice was overwhelmed when the panorama of ships stumbled in front of her. Using with just her naked eye, she knows it is somewhat impossible for her alone even with her new mech to blast each and every piece of those dire vessels. Though she knows the neuro mech can have unlimited ammo, she was still doubting and her mutant power is somewhat she was unsure of how to use off effectively. She could not trust it, yet. She knew that the others would definitely make a way to deal with these. She knew she’s just here to buy some time but she’s trembling, yes, because of the overwhelming number and improbable triumph over them but also because of this brash feeling for action that runs through her blood, which burns her everytime it is at hand, the one which makes her alive. The thirst for destruction ran all over her body and she can’t help it anymore.
A little plan rushed in into the young lady’s mind as she observes the fleet. “A reckless plan, yet dependable,” she said while her never-fading malicious smile curved her lips, “Trying will hurt me, but I don’t care anyways. It’s all for the fun!”
With a blink of an eye, Malice grabbed the mech’s controller. She pulled it back and the neuro mech began to charge forward fast and gaining more speed. She charged recklessly into the fleet.
“Give me some lovin’ *******!”

'I don't need to be armed to keep them at bay but my mental capacity is limited and they seem a bit too many for us. Any suitable songs for the occasion? Something discouraging, turning this place into a danger zone, maybe an armageddon on the enemy armada..?"

Problem Child thinks for a while. When he finally speaks his voice is quite, but resolved and sure in his words:
"I may have something, but the destructive power songs like that will bring is stronger than I'm prepared to unleash. I am ready to fight in order to defend our peaceful hosts, but I'm not gonna participate in a slaughter or unleash energies equal to a nuclear blast. The destruction and the risk are just too great... I'm sorry."

As Problem Child considers his options, he starts to hear the sound of primal drums and primal screams of long suffering. Visions of being hunted and hated consume him. Fear, despair, and hopelessness. The emotions bleed over to Mindreaver, as something tries to communitcate with them, but is figuring out how. The primal essence clears and a voice can be heard. "One of your ships has shields and engines, the other weapons. Together they make a powerful force. Patience, and courage...WE COME." The image of ships, the beast peoples ships, flash in their minds. It appears the calvary is on its way..if they can last that long.
Meanwhile in space, Malice has engaged the frontline of the enemy ships. Much more agile then they are, she is holding her own for now. After a dozen ships have been damaged or destroyed, they retreat, but more are arriving. They are launching small fighters, as agile as the Mech, it is only a matter of time before they find a way to get past her.

Liarron grins at the man, and hops upon the container, sitting on a flat surface.
“Alright. Come over here and get ready to push this thing. We need to get it to the nearest terminal.”
He jumps off, and lets the man do his thing. He goes off, to find the nearest terminal, getting ready to get the cables to Brainchild.

The man smiles. "Names Bear. My pleasure to help." The container poses little problem for him, might as well been pushing a pillow around. Almost immeditately you find what you need and are able to hook Brainchild up.
Takes her a bit, but she delivers bad news. "Well this sucks. Shields and engine is beyond repair. Need new parts. Our one hope is to somehow get to the other ship so I can intigrate the two. Now if we were not in space, oh mountain man here could do that...but since we are I have no idea how we are going to do it in time."
