The answer is easy to guess. And the linked article tells it:
"The Nakhichevan was one of two freighters that broke up as 18-foot (5-meter) waves battered ships throughout the region surrounding the Kerch Strait, a narrow waterway linking the Black Sea and the smaller Sea of Azov."
The sea of Azov is the body of water encircled by Russia, Ukraine and the Crimea peninsula.

November 19, 2007:
Anapolis conference will be held soon. On the conference, the Israeli, Palestinian and U.S leaders will discuss their peace programs, and probably other cases about the middle east, like Iran's nuclear program, or the Israeli bombing in Suria, two and half months ago.
-Unofficial reports say that the three sides would like to sign peace.
-Even if peace is signed, Abu-Maazen, the head of the Palestinian Authority, probably won't be able to control his people, and it won't change a lot anyway.
-A great motive for USA to progress a peace sign is showing that George W. Bush has done effective things on his term.
-As a gesture for the Palestinians, Olmert ordered to relese more than 400 Palestinian prisons, without "blood on their hands".
-Messages are sent from both Abu-Maazen, the head of the Palestinian Authority, and from Shimon Peres, that the conference is a great opportunity to make peace between Israel and the Palestinians.
-Asad, the Surian president, says that Suria considers participating in the conference. However, he warns that if things won't be "conducted properly", it might have dangerous outcomes.
This update is opinionary on a several points.
