Whew, just came back from a 70km march with full gear minus radio and food little before seven this morning. Man I'm tired. Friend had a suunto wrist computer with him counting the calories. He got 8960. I'm heavier and have faster metabolism than him so I've used over nine thousand calories, in 14 hours. Going for a week long training tomorrow. Man, if I'll be able to keep it together I'll be totally broken next weekend. Having three hard trainings in two weeks time is madness. Well life, or better yet, army, is. Have a nice week.

Beautiful day.) Got up early for breakfast, caught the bus for aikido class, learnt my first technique with quarterstaff. It is impressive how many mistakes one can do in an 8 move form and I found many of them  There's something about morning practice, the rhythm is slow, less people, you are not encumbered by the wight of the day and all it takes is a little focus and an open mind. You leave with a positive feeling, great way to start a day.

My day was okay. Damn flies were annoying me while waiting for the train, but I was listening to some Pink Floyd so it was all good and had a friendly conversation with a neighbour of mine. Later, when I was coming home, I got off the train and there were a few teenagers. They kept looking at me and giving me stares like they wanted to fight me. I stared back and was ready to take them but I just walked away in the end and went home. I thought they were coming after me when they were on bikes heading the same direction as I was but it wasn't the case and they went a few streets further than my own. All in all though, pretty relaxing day. Chilled with some of my friends and had some fun with some noobs on some online shooting game.

Yeah home sweet home  Hear veco had a good start himself, he skipped first 3 lectures and when he went for the 4th and mandatory one it was canceled Damn he's got a good timing.

I skipped 3 lectures today and before I got of the bed I got informed that the 4th mandatory one is cancelled.
Well, this day is bound to be great, Svarog is smilling today.

Oh boy went to bed at 4am and they woke me at 9, left for work immediately and everyone else left on deliveries. Thank goodness for that red bull, no way was I gonna wake up otherwise
Went to see 2012, man the visuals were breathtaking. If a bit over the top Don't expect a whole world of depth, you know what to expect in such a movie so don't go complaining about scientific inaccuracies or storyline  Very enjoyable if a bit long.
