HC Real Life Meetings
Thanks a lot to everyone for the gifts and cards, that was a real surprise and very special  Especially to Kooka  Makes me realize that people on screen are really real, which sometimes can be forgotten. It's also heartwarming to know that you enjoy and value HC
So, on to the details of the first ever HC mod - admin meet up!
Kooka in real life is exactly how you'd expect a Kooka to be We met in the Airport hotel and went for a cruise in the Tai Chi mobile to one of Auckland's volcanic cones to get a panoramic view. I've told her a secret - that I don't really wear a turban, and in fact that I don't really have one. So she ran back to the car and out of her bag took out a red turban, which had a blue gem, just like the real thing on HC! To test it out I've assumed meditation on the wheel of directions atop this mountain. It seemed to amplify my powers of clarity and perception.
Then we went for a walk by the seaside and visited the rose garden, where I've remembered Pandora's request to make Kooka glow. For those of you who saw that image, there was no editing, all real. Then we went to the admin chambers, which Kooka was the first from HC to ever venture into. She presented me with all the gifts and it was great to read letters from HCers all over the world, as well as getting all the pins and even a necklace Then in my new +12 knowledge turban decorated with all the pins and wearing the new +5 spell power amulet I've logged in to HC to check up if there was any mischief. With my glowing ball I know.

with a blue diamond in the middle
the question "Who's the guy?"
will always stay a riddle.
Most of the time
he teaches Tai Chi,
but when the night comes,
he goes to HC.
All the newbies will hold their breath.
All the spammers will scare to death.
Nobody can stop staring at the screen
when the mighty mage Valeriy logs in.
Very flattering  Ahem, I mean very accurate 
Then I cooked up the vegie delight for Kooka and we had dinner and uploaded some pics to HC. Then we chatted about HC and RL, I mean without keyboards or HCM, that was quite unusual. At midnight it was time to go. We contemplated meeting up again as well as whom we can visit in the future
Thanks again to Kooka and everyone for the special evening and for making HC what it is

Oh Great.....
Now I feel guilt for not having given Kookastar that card I promised her! Now I have guilt! It's all your fault Kookastar!

Hehe, I know the feeling of talking about HC without a keyboard or a screen. It's certainly different.
It sounds like you really had fun there. Must have been great for you two.
And I'm glad that you liked the turban and my song.
I remember writing it 3 months ago, if I'm not wrong about the times...
P.S: Does the neckless really help against stomech hurts?

Dinner Meeting
I just got back from having dinner at a korean restaurant with FriendOfGunnar and his wife. Had an awesome time! Thanks for the dinner FOG! I hope we can get together again some time soon! Maybe I'll see you in Guild Wars or on YouTube! Maybe I can visit you in Seattle some time! You guys are the coolest!
We took a picture but it shall remain private for the time being.
*runs off to install heroes III again just in case FOG returns*
