Siladroth looked at Vayrath, dropping his magical shield, and answering:
"Well, brother, you may be right, but I'm in no rush to find out!"
He suddenly starts chanting a strange sequence of words. It seemed like he was casting two spells at once. As Vayrath realized what Siladroth was doing, he started sweating, saying:
"Stop this nonsense! You would rather die than join me?"
Siladroth smiles and says, ignoring Vayrath's final question:
"Rest well, my brother..."
He trails off as he unleashes his spell. It is a strangely beautiful sight. Sunrays start beaming down from the sky, aiming at Vayrath, who found himself unable to move. Afterwards, the air in the surrounding area superheats and suddenly...Implodes...
The light blessed Implosion disintegrates Vayrath on the spot, causing him to die his final death. Smiling slightly, Siladroth falls unconscious from the massive exertion.
OOC: Not sure what to write for Kemdil, truth be told, besides the fact that he has one very angry invisible Wraith in the vicinity (if I read those last posts correctly).

OOC: cannons... Funny...
IC: Kul-Thzir was happy to see that the gates would actually hold for quite a while. He went to check up on the rest of the defenses. Ghetta actually prepared a trebuchet or two, but noone knew how to use it except the engineers... Who were lying dead near the devices. Great... Kul-Thzir saw a very narrow crack between the walls.
I think it's possible that even the frail elves don't fit in the... It's the elf! Kult-Thzir immediately smashed pieces of the wall so that he could pull the elf out of danger. He succeeded in getting Siladroth to safety. He was unconscius and injured. He needed help and rest. He shouted for two of his boyz to come: "Throk, Brayzer! Help the frail boy, here, to the hq." The boyz obeyed and headed towards the hq, while supporting Siladroth. They met with Sir Thomas and aided him at nursing Kaļ and Siladroth.
Helven glared at kemdil and the other elf for letting Wrylkar escape. With a great fury she commanded the two elves. "Kemdil, you find wrylkar and kill him. And you, pretty girl, you go to that side of the wall and help the knights and dwarves as much as you can. GO!" she commanded. She left the two behind and searched his former pupil. She damned herself for missing him. Next time she wouldn't miss, oh no, she would vaporise him. She chose a small tracking spell.
del was fighting with his knights with great vigor. They would charge and strike the vulnerable positions in the fortress, while the dwarves held them at place.
Ghetta, suddenly, heard a loud BOOM! He recognised the sound for what it was. It was crude artillery, not yet ready for a significant role in the battlefield. It was only suitable for those who had a lot of them and who didn't care for casualties...
Damn...
The roaring of the new and inventive "guns" (kaļ used the name with which he described the gremlin's weapons, since they had a striking resemblance, if not for their size) filled the battlefield. It scared the young recruits and the horses of the knights. After the first few shots, a few loud booms were heard. A lot of cursing and swearing was involved.
kul-Thzir had a clear view of what was going on. There were a lot of those "big guns" on the field. At least 20, Kul-Thzir figured. They were big and loud, but they also seemed inaccurate as the first shots drilled in the earth and some just exploded after their third shot. Kul-thzir found this extremely amusing and had been laughing for at least five minutes. the laughter stopped a bit when one shot totalled the gateway...
There were about five hundred angry skeletons waiting at the other end. Well, skeletons can't really be angry, but they usually reflect the demeanour of their former master. Kul-Thzir grimaced. They were outnumbered 3-4 to 1. Kul-Thzir flexed his muscles and charged the fray with an insane smirk on his face saying one thing: 'carnage'.
The few mages on top of the northern wall tried to deflect the cannonballs, but they struck with such force that they were immediately drained after one or two balls.
Ghetta and Del were having a very hard time and were pushed halfway to the hq. They needed help and it didn't look like someone was going to offer it very soon. The defensive formations of the dwarves were thinning and the knights were getting too tired to fight effectively.
Meanwhile, Helven was close to finding Naxxarus with her spell.

Ilia glared at Helven for calling her a "pretty girl". However, now was not the time to be worrying about such trivialities. She quickly heads over to the wall being protected by the knights and dwarves, shooting several Force Arrows that slay the Zombies attempting to scale the walls. She quickly notices that the greater danger is inside of the walls, where the dwarven formation is quickly failing. She unleashes a Rain of Arrows on the group of Skeletons leading the advance, shooting some of them down in the process. The other Skeletons, largely unhindered since bones are rather hard to pierce, resumed their advance. This time, the dwarves and knights were ready:
"Advance!", roared the dwarves and knights in unison as they charged inexorably forward, pushing the Skeletons back, almost to the gates of the castle once again. Their inexorable will was keeping them in the fight.
At his end, Kemdil is looking for Wrylkar, a task much easier said than done, thanks to the Invisibility spell the Wraith was under the effects of at the moment. Suddenly, near the corner of his eye, he spied a blade coming his way. As he instinctively ducked out of the way, he saw that the hook-shaped blade was actually Wrylkar's scythe. The attack had caused the Wraith commander to turn visible.
Wrylkar then spits out words of loathing to Kemdil, swearing that the Ranger will not live to see the moon this day. Kemdil then stares at the Wraith, not able to resist the temptation, saying:
"So, you want to die again?"
Wrylkar becomes enraged as he brings up his scythe once again. Kemdil then summons a Water Elemental, that blocks the attack by forcefully grabbing the incoming scythe. Now the Wraith and Kemdil's Water Elemental were in a primordial struggle for dominance.
OOC: A gripping tale we're weaving, eh?

Maarn is enraged by his army's inferiority. The rebellion should be dead by now!
But it is not. And that is proof enough for Maarn that his forces are weaklings.
In short, he is very, very angry.

Maarn begins chanting in an arcane language, summoning a spell so powerful it takes more than a thought for him to cast.
As he makes ancient hand movements, raw magical power visibly emanates from his form.
The magic is gathering around him...

Wrylkar struggled with the elemental, but not for long. The elemental dissipated, when Wrylkar brought up his hand and broke the spell. Wrylkar turned to Kemdil with a murderous gaze and rushed towards him.
Kul-Thzir finally crushed the last skeleton warrior's skull with a great murderous grin on his face. The south entrance was cleared! Kul-Thzir could see a small detachment of reserve troops near the 4 working cannons. The chances that they were sent were very slim, since they should cover the retreat/ man the guns. Kul-Thzir roared a battlecry and his fellow half-orcs cried along. This was a great day. They fought more than ten hours against a superior force and won against most odds. Kul-Thzir sent another detachment of his men to check up on the hq and see if the knights needed help.

Kemdil looked at the agitated Wraith and said:
"Well, it's been fun..."
He trails off and then corrects himself:
"Actually, it hasn't been very fun at all. Bye now!"
Kemdil lets loose an arrow that pierces Wrylkar's chest. Suddenly, Wrylkar starts freezing up and, in a surge of magical energy, explodes into a thousand icy chunks.
"Much better. I love Imbuing Arrows."
Kemdil grins and runs off to find Kai and the others.

A massive magical vortex appears above the battlefield, taking the form of a spiralling dark cloud surrounded by lightning. It drains all the surrounding light, making day into night. From this vortex emerges a primordial spirit-avatar of hunger and death:
It begins demolishing and annihilating the forces of good.

OOC: Because of holidays I haven't been on much, but I'll post now and return for full the 8th of August. In the meantime I'll let my charater use an uber spell
IC: Naxxarus looked up into the sky at the death Avatar and shouted "OHH, FOR THE THE LOVE OF ASHA! MAARN DO YOU WANT TO KILL US ALL?!"
Naxxarus didn't have time to wonder about things because of his shouting, Helven had figured out where he was and came right towards him. Naxxarus started thinking fast and took the necklace he had and drawed a pentagram in the air will speaking arcane. He then ended with "I SUMMON THE DESTRUCTION POWER OF URGASH, COME FOURTH DEMONICAL ARCHDEMON!" And with that said the pentagram bursten in flames and smoke and there stood an arch demon which roared at Helven before using a spell which brouth Helven to it. Naxxarus was well aware that the action he did had weakened the seal which held the demons sealed away, but he had just gotten an idea.
Naxxarus looked at the sky then back at Helven who had to dodge the attacks of the arch demon "I'll let you two play for awhile, I got busniess saving my army...and yours, from total analiation. And with that said I'll beed thy farewell." Naxxarus turned his back to Helven and waved his hand and he could hear Helven yell "WAIT YOU-URGH!" Then he heard thev sound of something hitting the ground and the roar from the arch demon. Naxxarus then teleported.
"First things first" Naxxarus said and looked down on Kemdil "Hello kiddo, I see you killed Wrylkar...again...but that dosen't matter cause I'll just do this..." Naxxarus snipped his fingers "And he'll be good as new." and not before had Naxxarus said so then Wrylkar stood there laughing into Kemdil's face "Your good kid and I'll admit I need help defeating you, so..." Wrylkar let out a scream and the ground around the two of them cracked up and around 3 other wraits and 4 Banshees was there to help their leader. Naxxarus looked at Kemdil and said "Ouch! Your up against bad odds, good luck and have fun kid. By the way, this is final from me so if you kill him again I won't ressurect him." then Naxxarus let the two be before teleporting away once again.
Naxxarus ripped up enough earth to make a standing plato in the air before he used his magic to manipulate the flames that he had used to inprison Kaļ and the others to form a gigant pentagram on the ground. Naxxarus knew this was going to be hard, but to defeat the summon of Maarn, a demon dragon of Urgash would be helpful. "But breaking through the seal and smuggle a dragon through is hard work so..." Naxxarus said some arcane words before he sent up a shield to inprison the avatar for now. "He'll use about 4-5 hours before he break through, enough to get far with the spell." Then Naxxarus looked down on the pentagram which was in the middle of the base and consentrate his powers before mumbeling words of Urgash.
OOC: The spell will be complete when either I return writing the 8th or when the DM say so.

OOC: As nobody have been posting since I did I just finish my spell.
The battle have raged on for hours and as the last cannon blows up Marlak orders the remaining forces to charge the fortress. "Finally some action!" Morgana says as she commands the troops forward. Marlak himself had already reached the northren gate by the time Morgana is halfthrough the forest.
Soon within the fortress Marlak notices that the same officer he had knocked down was still leading the troops. "He's bleeding, at this rate he'll bleed to death, but I got better use for him." Marlak thought as he charged against Del. Del didn't notice Marlak in time to counter him and got charged down by Marlaks horse. Del looked up at Marlak sitting on his horse and noticed that the undeads that he had been fighting was gone. Marlak said a few words to his horse and then the horse putted it's hoofs on Del's knees. Del screamed in pain as the horse slowly walked over him crushing his bones. The horse stopped when it's front hoofs had crushed some of Del's ribs. Marlak grabbed a spear and mumbled some words that made the spear go black. "Scream little man, scream in pain and put your allies in fear before you die, scream like a little cowardly pig you are... and remember, the one who killed you is I, Marlak." these were the last words Del heard before the spear stabbed his hearth and he screamed so loud and in such twisted pain that most of the living that was fighting shivered and though "I don't want to meet the thing that killed that guy."
At the same time, the avatar of death crashed the barrier that Naxxarus had made, but it was to late, cause Naxxarus was finnished and the gigant pentagram of flames now bursted out and the flames took shape of an gigantic demonical dragon that imidatly floated up to the sky and fought against the undead avatar.
Naxxarus teleported to a hiding place among the fortress to rest and meditate to recover his mana.

AND REVIVE THIS POST, PEOPLE!!!
"Another day in solitude as a renegade" thought Dhevron as he trudged up the mountain towards his mansion. All of the sudden, a peasant ran down the mountain and crashed into him. As they got up he repeatedly apologized until he noticed that Dhevron had shut had closed his eyes fast and that he had fangs. He found out that Dhevron was a Vampire Prince.
He ran away, but not before Dhevron caught up with the peasant. He fell to his knees and asked for mercy.
"Why are you in such fear?" asked Dhevron, "i am full already, but i wish to know what you are running from?"
"there is a battle between a demon dragon and an unholy avatar!" replied the frightened man.
"Ahh...something for me to do, for once...I thank you, know that i will not feed upon you or you family again. But i am afraid that you cant see what i am about to do..."
Then the vampire prince stared into the peasant's eyes and he slumped down in a deep sleep. Dhevron morphed into a giant bat and flew to his hidden mansion upon the snowcapped peaks of the dwarven mountains.
There, he donned his armor and grabbed his sword. He flew yet again, but this time towards what is left of the Griffon Empire.

Helven kneeled down and chanted a magical prayer. A blue shield appeared around the domain, destroying any skeleton caught in it and everyone trying to breach it. The sweat is dripping from her forehead, while the shield barely holds. Thankfulliy, The burden on her shoulders lightened as a dark figure sits next to her, chanting the same prayer. The dark elf got back up! A few other dark elves and mages ran to their side and aided them, protecting everyone from the flames of the clash above them.
Kul-thzir rushed to winter's aid and some of his mates covered their flanks. "Can you hit the big shadie guy, elf boy?" He grunted. Winter didn't answer but knocked an arrow on his bow.
Ghetta saw the death of captain Del. he was filled with rage and chased after the vampire who had trouble manoevering his horse through the crowd of bodies, dwarves, knights and skeletons.
Kaļ got up, slowly... What happened? Where was he? The stench of death filled the air. He looked at his sword and his shield. His shield... The jewel was still encrested inside it! They had won, they had to! But then, kaļ looked up and saw something horrifying...
Great dragons of death and chaos populated the skies! Kaļ slammed his sword into the ground and prayed to elrath to restore his energies and allowing him to use the sword like he should...

When Dhevron arrived at the battlefield, he looked upon the desolation with his sinister eyes. All was bleak and barren. Then he saw the two titanic beasts in the air. One, an avatar of death. The other, a great demon dragon of Urgash. The dragon was very vulnerable though. It may be demonic but life can be drained from it, and can go into a heavy torpor by just looking at the eyes of a vampire prince.
Dhevron is no ordinary prince of vampires. Unlike most, he can morph into a huge bat like creature. That, along with the rest of his powers is more than enough to destroy the demon dragon. But the avatar is too powerful. Not to worry, for the enemy of Asha is Urgash and the dragon must be defeated before anymore demons came through.
As Dhevron pulled glass shades over his eyes he strode over to the heroes huddled in a mass together praying to Elrath.
"What fools they are, when Elrath would condemn them for what wrong they did, and not bless them for any good deeds they have committed. Only the Spider goddess would give mercy to those who require it." thought Dhevron.

Naxxarus got slowley up from his meditating. He had regain the mana he usally would have after alle he had done. Seing the blue barrier had come up again and all the dead bodies Naxxarus understood that the battle was over...for now. Naxxarus consentrated his magical energy to a final teleport spell and snipped his fingers. In a blink, Marlak, Wrylkar and all of the undead and dwarf troops in the fortress and charging against it, got teleported back to camp.
Naxxarus was still in the fortress and used a quick telepathic spell to contact Kaļ. "I must congratulate you, for surviving throughout the day. I'll leave the undead avatar and the demon of Urgash to you people my troops are going now. Thanks for all the fish and so on." And then Naxxarus used his next spell to teleport himself and as many dead bodies which was not undead before back to camp.
Back in the camp Naxxarus shouted orders to reorganize and told the liches to get as many bodies of the dead as they could back to their camps and animate them. Then Naxxarus shouted out for the casuality list that he wanted sooner or later, before he retired to his tent where he started to meditate and rest.
Edit: OOC: Oh yeah and Gares, Ordom is MY dwarven general Ghetta is yours. Also, if anyone didn't get the "Thanks for all the fish and so on" then I'll tell you it's from a movie that I can't remember the name on.

"my, my what do we have here?" asked Dhevron to a simple soldier.
he pulled out his sword and started waving it at Dhevron, as if he could actually combat the vampire prince.
"fine, then..." said Dhevron as he removed his shades and drew the poor human into a torpor.
He put the shades back on and walked over to a certain warrior with a jewel encrested shield. Apparently he was praying to Elrath as all foolish humans do.
"Excuse me, do not be troubled by me, I am merely wondering what has happened here, as my solitude has left me ignorant. What cause are you for and what has happened to the empire?" asked Dhevron to Kai.
How does Kai respond?

Kul-Tzhan sat quietly, observing the other chiefs as they argued. The topic was the undead legions in Ashan, who in recent times were recruting orcs in their service.
- Father Sky tells us to fight these living dead. We will not let them use orcs for their armies.
- The boneraisers have much large hordes, Guthek, we will do noting else but die there. Undead and Steel Men of Empire can solve their own problems without us.
- You are coward, Nimakh. Orcs must always show we are strong, make fear in enemies heart. Orcs will be made slaves again if we are weak.
- And you must learn to control your feelings. We others will not se you lead the orcs into death.
Finally, Kul-Tzhan, the grand shaman, stood up. She looked around her on the many chiefs who sat there, and all of them instantly looked up to her, since she was by far the most wise of them all.
- To attack them outright would be death, that is true. But we can't sit here and wait for the undead to continue to raise our children. I will go the the war lands, and see the motives of both sides, to fully know what we are up against. Kurteck, I would like you to follow me, as for your tribe of warriors. It will be dangerous out there.
- We all look to your wisdom, Kul-Tzhan, and as you said shall be done. Kurteck, you follow her, protect her life with your own.

Kaļ pulled his sword out of the ground. He looked up at Dhevron and said: "I am Kaļ, leader of the last paladins of the empire and commander of the rebel Tchaida. This is a sad day for all of us... But who are you, barging into our camp?" Kaļ finished those last words with a raised sword.
Somewhere else, in the camp, Kul-Thzir rallied his forces as did Ghetta and Thomas. Thomas was the new knight commander. He wasn't as good as Del, but there would never be a commander like Del. They all looked up at the raging battle in the skies. Death and chaos was emminent, it seemed. Everyone turned to Helven, Siladroth and the remaining mages. The dark elves already gathered. Winter and ilia stayed close to eachother and, as most soldiers, watched the carnage of today.
Helven, siladroth and the mages held up the shield. they had to leave this settlement as soon as possible. But their leader was curently talking to someone.

Dhevron replied to Kai saying "I am prince Dhevron. I am the first vampire of all Ashan. For I was created by Sandro himself. Now the time has come for me to finish what Sandro started. You may think that his plan may be just like Maarn's, but no. Sandro had a secret plan to create the greatest creature of darkness ever, but then he found out that it could not be controlled. He needed it to be destroyed, I thought that he finished the job. Apparently he only sealed it away, like the demons. I know this now, because that same creature is the avatar of death flying above us! To destroy it, a demon dragon will not be enough. That artifact has the power to destroy Maarn's creature. However, you cannot use it. Sandro enchanted it so that no mortal may kill it."
"Now I have a plan to kill it, but it is very risky. Because only immortal creatures can kill it, that dragon of Urgash fares better against it than the greatest paladin of Ashan. However, we cannot control it, and it needs the power of the artifact. Therefore, I need to put it into a torpor using my eyes, then I shall vampirize it so that we can control it. Then you need to instill the power of the artifact into the dragon, then it just might be able to kill the Avatar of Darkness. However, all of the other warriors need to hold it off while we augment the dragon. It's risky, but I believe it can be done."

OOC: HOLD ON A SECOND! If you got such imba vaporizing abilities that it works on dragons(who are immune to ALL kinds of magic) then why don't you just walk up to Maarn and put him in slumber and then kill him in his sleep if you don't agree with his plans? I mean, the guards wouldn't be a problem as you can just put them to sleep then walk stright forward...there is flaws in your character mate.
IC: Naxxarus heard Maarn's voice in his head "Why did you retreat the troops?! No more importantly, WHY DID YOU SUMMON SOMEONE TO HOLD OF THE AVATAR?" Naxxarus replied "I did it so my soldiers managed to retreat before it started killing us all or else you would have lost quite the army and many loyal survants there and I'm sure you wouldn't like that to happen." Naxxarus felt that his spirit leave his body for a second and then return. His brains felt like it was half crushed "FOOL! I don't care what happens with your puny lifes! Not when I found someone who have escaped you so many times and have hold my 'greatest' lich from doing his work! Your no longer unreplaceable so when I say do what I say then you do what I say! No matter the cost! NOW GET BACK THERE AND KILL THEM ALL!" and with that Maarn's voice disappeared and Naxxarus was left with nothing but the anger.
Naxxarus now return to the telepathic conversation with his commanders "You all heard that?" Naxxarus said "Yes..." Said All the commanders "You guys know what that means?" Naxxarus asked "yes..." said Marlak "That we must get going back and die fighting the rebels..." said all the commanders "Get back there, mabye.die there, also mabye. Fighting the rebels NO! We have been through this many times guys and agreed about this. Getting our posissions back is no longer a option it's time for "Operation R"" "Operation R what the hell is plan T?!" Asked Wrylkar Naxxarus heard the voice of his commanders shouting out that it's time for operation R to be executed "Operation R is operation Rebellion Wrylkar. We have always had in mind to rebel against Maarn and take his posision if we ever got "Replaceable" something we are now so, goodbye Wrylkar" "What?!-" Wrylkars voice disappeared in a scream, together with all the undeads that had followed him. "I don't like this!" Ordom said "I don't think that I should go against Maarn, I mean, that would be seen on as betraying him, and my whole race would be punished for that!" Naxxarus waited for Ordom and the dwarfs to finnish "Then I'm sorry, but we can't let you leave this place alive. But...be happy, you give new recruits for our army." And in a blink of an eye the tired dwarfs were assaulted by the undeads and it became chaos in the encampment.
Naxxarus though about everything "Hmpf, but the rebels are still gonna be a problem, but I let them live...for now.

OOC: no worries, you just made the RP interesting, again.
IC: Kaļ looked at Dhevron. "Why should I trust you?" He said after a while. "because otherwise, you will all die." Kaļ loosened the orb from his shield. "Fine... You put it into a torpor..." Kaļ said. Dhevron looked delighted. "But we do it my way." Dhevron heard then.
Kaļ walked to siladroth and helven. "You two must make a huge effort, here. I want you to hold off that black shadow for 2 minutes." Siladroth and Helven nodded. they were both stoic by nature and Helven still had her students to back her up. "Don't worry, the artifact will help." Kaļ said.
