Not to be rude or anything, but don't you think the Axeothian elfs came a little...I don't know...fast? I mean, if they were teleporting I understand, but they were sailing by sea. Back in the age when humans used to sail, it took them 3 months to reach America, and since almost none Ashaner have ever heard about Axeoth and Ashan has been sailing for god knows how long, it should at least be Amerca lenght. Besides the march from shore to the fortres is long, my group used days to reach it. I know they needed assistance but I had a plan so they wouldn't get the elf help...damn...

Of course, who knows how the timelines were made up. Perhaps they had sent the backup months ago.

ALSO! The retreating undeads are everywhere, even in the air, so the elfs could not have come past them seing as they would have to fight their way to the fortres. Therefore the general couldn't have reached the fortres(which is also overflowed iwth undeads coming through the holes in the ground) uness you say the undead army is destroied.

I had considered the problem of the elves reaching Ashan too quickly, and I came to the conclusion that as the elves traveled over the sea, they were enhanced by magic that allowed them to enter a state in between teleportation and simple movement - sort of like hyperspace in Star Wars. Also, the scene I described in my post ocurred just before the battle itself, giving the elves at least some time to travel.
As for the undead problem, the undead army was - for the most part at least - ruined (the rebels have effectively won the battle). Survivors attempting to intercept the elves in the air were easily destroyed by the dragons, of which there are many more than there were 500 years ago (in the time of Heroes 3). Land-based undead were cut down by the elven warriors.

ehm.....kay so you destoried all the undeads and dwarfs there, which in other words means: Wrylkar, Vayrath, Marlak, Moltana, Ordom & Naxxarus is dead...great now what do I do? I'm dead! And all the plans I had about my officers(even thou I though they would die) went up into flames. Also my plan was to cast earthquake and then there would be a clift under Helven making her fall down then undeads would attack once again, then elfs shows up...

I also kinda wanted a bigger battle. I mean, there around 3-4 k undead there. In real life, such battles take days. Could we go two steps back, pls?

Yeah and also, by bringing in 500 dragons you have basically said "Maarn loses and good guys wins, and thats that" seing as Maarn don't even got 100 bone dragons ,sorry, but I already said something about how few Maarn has and how casuius he is about using them, so unless we can turn time back to before Wrylkar came in to the RPG the story is concluded, 500 dragons pwns Maarns forces...

Remember that we still don't know of any way to kill Maarn, yet. A titan that can crush a mind that is miles and miles away. Second, you are trusted with this army by Maarn. You're a vanguard. It will be an utter surprise that your forces are crushed, but there's no way in hell that he's running out of troops. We're talking about a titan that almost slaughtered all of Ashan so he'll probably have more than 100 bone dragons or so.
There's even a dwarven fortress of Stormbress nearby. But I still agree that we should take two steps back... 'cus naxxarus and some of his commanders should survive + an acceptable force. I think that even some of my officers can take casualties.
Ename's and winter's posts don't even have to be deleted. You can just cut and paste it on a word-document so you can use it after the battle a bit? Like we could start from the part where Wrylkar dies. The fort is still crawling with undead. Except for the southern part where Kul-Thzir is being a total bad@$$

Okay, you're still fighting, and the elves will take quite some time (a few days) to reach the area.

@B-E-T-A: For some reason, every time I read that one post of yours where you change time, the music from the Twilight Zone plays in my head. 
In case you don't know what I'm talking about, it's an old sci-fi series about weird stuff happening, usually to people or places.
I like what you did.
Keeps the RPG interesting.
@enamelity: No worries. But, you do realize that the Axeothian troops would've been insta-win?
And I don't mean that one battle. We could've pushed all the way to Maarn with that many troops.
(Unless Maarn is about Level 100.  )
I think the current direction of the RPG is better. Heck, if the Axeothian troops arrive, it should be an epic war between elf and undead. It's the only real way to do it.

Sorry for your cannons, mate, but the first cannons in history were clumsy, inaccurate and very unreliable, they also used piramid-shaped ammo, which was ineffective, but safer, but still pretty unstable, but since you're undead, you shouldn't worry about the casualties possibly inflicted by exploding guns.
Unless, you were an engineering genius too, I think it's only fair
