I see...I have to admit your post is quite confusing, is the shadow creature your new character or is he just a minion of the new character?
Also Casandra's troops consist of assasins and stalkers you can say.

The creature that speaks in red is a hired monster of sorts and lord Fyr is the newest enemy, but the monster is looking for you at this precise moment. Am I clear or do I need to explain further?

I see, so it's basacially this:
Guy who speaks in read text: Picture person, shapeshifter who is hired creature of Lord Fyr and is half demon half undead.
Lord Fyr: Your new character. Loyal to Maarn. Undead. etc.

generals: ord Fyr and Ana-lucia
Good: Kaļ and the elven invasion(and I hope Kul-thzan is as well)
generals: Helven, Ordom, winter, Kul-thzir and sir Mark
totally evil: Naxxarus
generals: cassandra, ghetta and two others...
That's about it and the shapeshifter is trying to destroy Naxxarus

Puppets: Jhonas, Cassandra, lich body and some unknown people.
People killed: Vayrath(Completely dead), that wraith guy(completely dead, had to much of a brain), Ghetta(undead now)
Also Casandra is working for a group of dark elfs which have taken up arms against Maarn and their group is allied with someone you might remember from the start of the rp: The Undead Silver city people(of them we know Kirandar)

Well that's good, now can you please start posting the NPC events? I don't like the fact that I, Dagoth, and King_Nikolai(partly) is GM/DMs... I don't want to control the greater stuff that happens

Well, somebody (forgot who) in one of their posts hinted that there were rebellions against Maarn (other than Kai's). I think it might be interesting to bring them into the game (not all rebellions are 'good' you know...)
Btw, a map for reference:
The red line is where most of the story used to take place (pretty much all the giant battles and adventures before I left, and some after).
The black line is Maarn's capital city, built in and around a Heresh volcano.
The Brown Line is the edge of Maarn's empire. Everything west of it is conquered by Maarn and everyone knows his name there. The land east of the line is technically part of Maarn's domain, but it remains uncivilized (inhabited by orc and human tribes).
The Purple Line is Naxxarus' secret hideaway islands (including many that are not big enough to be on the map, but still have Naxxarus' troops on them).

Well I talked about other rebellions that have popped up and gone "offical" after Kaļ/Dagoth was victorious against Naxxarus; there is atleast two other rebellions that we know of(not including the orcs): The dark elf group which Casandra is a memeber of, and the ones that they are allied with. Those that Casandra refere to as "The undead silver cities people" which you might remember from the begining of the RP. Remember Kirandar? The lich whom which Kaļ fought against at the digging site? Who left with alot of my troops? Remember Naxxarus asking Helven about "Why did all the former wizard masters from the sliver cities suddenly disappear all at the same day?" Well, those are another "rebel" fraction that Kaļ might conntact.

ename, do you take over, lord fyr (the man who will try to crush the elven fleet and maarn's greatest general, he's also insane), ana-lucia (lord Fyr's companin that's attacking my own forces and is gathering an army in the east) and the shapeshifters (the extremely powerful shadows that look for naxxarus and want to challenge him to a duel)?

Yeah, did you steal my poor Kul-Tzhan ? By the way, Kul-Tzhan is one of the few orc who dont speak...badly. I've tried to make a contrast between her speach and Kurteck.
