Known as the queen of pokemon, she surely looks like a queen! Now don't be fooled by the whip, she's a very experienced and loving battler, and would never hurt people nor pokemon.
No, the whip is because she knows from experience that commands to her pokemons should not be known by the opponent. She has her secret coding messages which she sends by whiping into the ground and then her opponent have no idea what is going to hit them!
As you can see, she's always ready with first aid and food and other stuff she as well has ready in her belt, because for her, pokemons comes first.
She's become so majestic that she shines with the power of a thunderbolt, electryfying the air around her!

The only requirement is that you must have insinuated a love affair between veco and Elvin before you can participate. Most common way of doing so, is by using the good ol' veco & elvin are sitting in a tree!

I did for a long time think it was indigo actually, from indigo plateau of pokemon, which I think is the very first place of the pokemon league?
