My ratings:
Guarder: 8,5. You've got the idea, the tai chi and the turban and all but for God's sakes, what's with the leggings? Also there's no hair...
2ndHero: 7,5. Again, a few good ideas, but the clothes are black-ish and the afro hair style just isn't Val... Like the HC-text on the shirt though.
GenieLord: 7. Pretty original, but the mouth looking like the tongue is sticking out and the bare chest sort of make him look like a flasher. Not the kind of image, I should think, that Valeriy wants to give of himself.
Lexxan: 6,5. Just because he's socks match his dress. And the whole green-belt-red-dress-thing feels so Christmasy.
Geny: 9. It made me laugh out loud, it has the extra aspect that others don't, the tai chi outfit looks about right-ish to my inexpert eye, except for the fact that it's gray and he's got hair. But Pan looks kinda like Princess Leia in Return of the Jedi.
Baklava: 7. What happened there? Val's got a sort of robotic device on his arm, sunglasses, sneekers, and a tie... All on a classic (wine-red) wizard outfit. Plus no hair, again. But he does have certain Valeriy-ish feeling about him.
William: 7. The style is about correct, and the face does look a bit like the pic... But he's a bit pale. The background looks like Rohan in LOTR, which, as we all know, is in New Zealand.
Lord_Evil: 6. It's all just... Overflowing, with the bright colours and stars and energy bursts and all. Plus Val looks kinda evil with the red laser-eyes and whatnot.
Homer171: 6,5. The whole air of it is just a bit... off, I guess. There's, again, a bit too much. And he's got a bit too much fake tan on his face. But yeah, has good sides as well.
The Average:
Guarder: 8,25.
2ndHero: 7,25.
GenieLord: 7
Lexxan: 6,25.
Geny: 8.
Baklava: 6,5.
William: 6,5.
Lord_Evil: 6
Homer171: 5.75
Congratulations, Guarder!
Now, for the next round, Guarder can choose the person to be created, providing that it's sane and all that, I'll approve it. He can participate, but can not be a part of the judging process, for the obvious reasons. So, guarder, who will it be?

Here's my Vokial

Edit the idea behind it.
Underclothes symbolise the Bulgarian flag (white, green, red... or white, red, green ? I keep forgetting the combo). Letters are BG (Bulgarias intials) in Greek writing (I couldn't find the Cyrillic writing sadly ) Skin colour and hair are done to match avater, as are ears. VokialBG told me that the first Bulgarian Dynasty was called Vokial , hence the crown. I liked the black-red armour. His companion is a lion and not a bat. I would have chosen a bat if he was transylvanial, but he's Bulgarian, thus a lion ! I wanted to give him a sword, not much symbolics here.

Well it's Val, he's a programmer mage. Hence the robotic stuff. Sneekers are there for the heck of it, the untied tie shows that he's kewl but he means business, and sunglasses show that he's da man
Anyways, I present you the ever-vigilant protector of the forests of Dobrudja, the arch-nemesis of gypsies with axes, the mighty vampire count, and ever-devoted Bulgarian national hero, Vokial!

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you - count Vokial the MODsmither!

I know it's kinda simple, but I guess Val drained my originality.
And I also see that me and Baklava had mostly the same ideas... somehow I'm not surprised though

Here is the thing:
Vokial is Bulgarian, Bulgarians use the Cyrillic alphabet just like us Serbs. So BG in Cyrillic would be .
Please note, the Cyrillic alphabet originated from the Greek alphabet (for those who want to find more about this, please look up "Cirilo and Metodije" or "Climent and Naum"). We are looking here to write a B and a G. Greek alphabet is different from the Cyrillic drastically, but they still have some common elements. The "G" will be written as same as in Cyrillic, see " ". But the "B" won't. Many of you had some math to do in your scholarship, and you all know of the Greek small letter beta. I can't write it here because of the decryption, but the capital Greek letter beta is written like the Latin "B". So, yes, the Greek letter beta (B) looks the same as the Latin letter "B". So, he didn't make a mistake if he wrote in Greek. But we aren't looking here to write in Greek, but in Bulgarian, so, we should use the " " initials, instead of correctly translated but inappropriate " ". And the Cyrillic letter "V" that looks like the Latin letter "B"(and therefor the Greek letter beta - B) could have easily be mistaken for. Maybe this is off topic, but it is nice to know, so MOD's, give this post some time.

Thought you could figure it out
Basically all European alphabets (Latin, Cyrillic etcetera) are somehow derived from the Greek alphabet, so in the end it doesn't really matter.

Well, I tried to get as close as I could towards cyrillic writing, but I couldn't find it in the bloody machine. I know that they use cyrillic writing in Bulgaria, and this actually reads VG, but it's the fault of the lousy machine. I did my best though, I only hope the Vokials real initals are VG...

If we read the initial in Cyrillic, you wrote "VG". But if we read them in Greek, yes, you wrote "BG" which you wanted for Bulgaria, right? See my post up there /\

Yes it says VG, but I meant BG. (I DO know cyrillic writing, but I don't know how to type it on a Belgian keybord, which is in Roman alphabeth)
Anyway case closed.

Greek writing the B (bèta) is can be pronounced as both a V and as a B. But I wanted it to be a B (as in BG).
