Heracles/Hercules, as he supported the heaven instead of Atlas so that the titan could do something else, don't remember what. Hulk only looks tough, but Heracles has unparalelled strength. And besides, as shown in the myths, Heracles is very smart, so 2:0  .

Yeah, he might look like the underdog, but as you said he did so much. I mean, he took out a fifthy headed gigantic helldog called ceberus with his bare hands!(Or Captured it anyway...).
And his incredible strong if you remember, so I say: This isen't even a fight, this is a massacre!

It is kind of a classic matchup really. A more powerful creature-monster vs. a Hero. The hero will win eventually, once it finds out the mosters weaknesses. The battle will last long, and Hulk will be smacking Heracles around initially. The incredible durability of both combatants will ensure the longevity of the fight. Sooner or later however Heracles will find out that anger is fueling Hulk, and will change strategies accordingly. He might even attempt to kill him when he is transformed back to being Banner (not very heroic though to slay him as a man  )
Heracles will win the day. Even though against all odds.

I just wonder how the fight would actually end lol. Maybe exhaustion from The Hulk

Hulk is mightier and pretty much indestructible, but Heracles can still think rationally while fighting, while the Hulk can't. (me smash!). It'd take a while but Heracles would be the finisher in the long run.

You forgot 2 factor's: Heracules is unkillable, and both cannot run out of stamina.
Soo in the end Hulk will revert to Bruce........

I'd say either a draw (an eternal battle) or Hulk wins. Reasons:
1. It's true that Heracles is better fighter, but even he isn't good enough to defeat Hulk instantly, and the longer the fight goes on the more frustrated and therefore angry the Hulk will get eventually surpussing Heracles' strength.
2. While Heracles is unkillable, Hulk is nearly immune to any kind of physical damage, so again time plays in Hulk's favor here, because every hit the Hulk suffers only angers and strengthens him, while every hit Heracles suffers injures and weakens him. So, in the end Heracles will collapse maybe even pass out, and Hulk will win without the need to kill his opponent.

Now I KNOW, this is not true at all, but in the CARTOON movie they make him drink that stuff, which would have made him mortal. so it should be possibel, like Superman he hate the green stones! (What is that called in the english/american laungauge)

You forget another factor, Heracules regenration rate is higher than Hulks. Hulks is only immune. Soo once Heracules manages to pierce Hulk its over.
Heracules would regenrate allmost instante and like Hulk he ogt infinetiv stamina.
