Third World War RPG
It's the night of the 30th of June 2008.
Two nuclear missiles are launched from north of Iran to Israel. One of them is intercepted by the Arrow, an Israeli missile against missiles. The second one hits Haifa, a city in the north of Israel. 250,000 citizens are killed immediately.
In the morning of the 30th, as a reaction, USA invades to Iran. Brutral battles between the Iranian forces to the USA army are occuring. USA suffers many losts.
Meanwhile, Syria is attacking Israel in the Golan Heights, and the Hizballa, an Iranian extention which rules Lebanon, is launching rokcets on Israeli towns in the north.
Israel reacts. It sends fighters which bomb the headquarters of Hizballa in Beirut, destroying almost a quarter of the city. Soldiers are fighting against the Syrians in the Golan heights and Damascus is bombed roughly. Still, having so many citizens losts and a large city destoryed, Israel is having hard time dealing with the attackers.
In two days, Korea sends forces to assist Iran, and the Korean forces manage to block the USA army almost completely.
UK sends help to USA and France joins both states. UK suffers even more losts than USA and the Frace is having a hard time hundling with the Iranian rockets, whose range is able to reach Frace.
Meanwhile, in the far east, China attacks Japan. Thousands of Chinese tanks, and hundreds thousands of Chinese soldiers invade Japan. missiles are shot on Janpanese cities. The entire downtown of Tokyo is destroyed.
Tibetan citizens start a civil war, objecting the rule of China of Tibet. The Dalai Lama is killed in the riots, what enrages the Tibetans even more. They increase the fighting and the object to China escalate.
Three days later, Russia takes a stand and assists Iran, appearently fulfilling a secret alliance between Iran and Russia. Russia attacks USA from Alaska and it is close to capture Alaska state completely.
NATO and the EU choose to stay neutral, fearing that this might become a third world war.

India's Tale: Prologue
President Patil of India looked outside the window of the Presidental palace in New Delhi. Tibetans were demonstrating for a free Tibet. 'It has to stop.', she thought and walked over to the phone, which stood in the corner of the bedroom. She quicky dialled the nmber of her secratairy and said: "Gitta, I'd could you send a message to mr. Patel please ? I wish to speak to him. Say it's urgent."
-"Yes, madam." Gitta answered, and Ms. Patil looked outside the window again. "Endless rioting,", she muttered to herself, "it must end." A quarter of an hour later Lakshmi Patel walked into the room, not knowing why the president would like to see him.
-"Mr. Patel!" she said excitedly, "I'm glad you'd come so quickly."
- "I do everthing madame the President asls me to." Patel answered with a smile. "What do you desire of me?" he added.
"Lakshmi," Ms. Patil said seriously, "the riots in New Delhi are getting worser and worser. If China doesn't change it situation in New Delhi will explode. People will get killed, the Embassies of China and it's supporters murdered. Europe is at war again, and as long as they are busy, I think it's our duty to point out to China how dire the need is for a free Tibet. Tibet is a time-bomb. Whether over now week or one day, it will explode. This must be avoided at all costs. Someone must talk to the Chinese leaders in all dicression, before it is too late."
She swallowed as if she had made a long speech, then walked over to the cupboard and took out a bottle of Sherry. "Fancy one too ?", she asked Patel, but the latter didn't seem to hear. 'Why is she telling me this ?', he thought, 'will she...'
Before he could finish this thought, Ms. Patel said: "I thought and still think you are the best choice as an emissairy. You are the only one who has the charm, resilience and rhetoric of a true diplomat. Do you accept this task ?"
She saw that Patel was doubting whether to do it or not, so she added: "Someone has to do it Lakshmi. But you are the only one they would listen to. The future of the Far-East depends on it."
Patel sighed and nodded. Ms. Patel handed him a glass full of Sherry.
-"Here, has a sip" she said. "I'll toast to your health, my friend and to the welfare of your mission."
Three hours later, as plane took off from Delhi International Airport, inwhich a man sat, inwhose hand the fate of the Far-East was laying...

Ariel Sharon woke up early in the morning. He found himself in his own office, leaning against a long report on the desk, from the last night.
The security forces estimate that 266,000 were killed in the nuclear attack over Haifa. Full with bitterness, Ariel thought that even without lossing more than a quarter million citizens, what made the ecomony to crash completely, it is hard to block the Syrian attack. The damage may cause Israel atleast 2 billion dollars, and everyone knows the even if money grew on trees, we wouldn't have enough to pay all that.
"The prime minister!" someone shouted from the corridor to him. "What's going on?" Ariel asked. His secretaries weren't there so early. The man got into the room, running. "This is for you" he said. He dropped a small note on the desk. Ariel recognized the hand writting of the Security Minister, Ehud Barak:
"The Hermon Post fell"
Ariel Sighed. The Hermon post is a fortress in the Golan Heights. It's ruler has an access to the entire area, and when Israeli rulled it, it was easier guarding the Golan heights. In 1973, it was the last stand that the Israeli army managed to capture. Now, when the Syrians captured it, defending the Golan heights will be harder. Much harder.
Ariel ran downstairs, straight into the Security office, and started giving the orders to the secretary, who wrote everything down:
"Send all the cannons and the tanks to the Golan heights." The Hizballa is not going to do a infantry to the Galil, they are only shooting rockets. Still... "Keep the Lebanese border guarded with maximum forces." Just in case. They will see the guarded border and assume that the area is also well secured. "Keep some tanks on the Lebanese border, too" he added quickly. "Also, start more air attacks. Atleast in a double rate."
He started walking out of the room, before Ahud Barak wants to talk to him. He was too tired. When he was in the door, he added one thing: "The first mission is to recapture the Hermon post. Even if it means going circling it, fighting in the mountains, or anything else. They can't have it."
Now he has to wait to the approval of his the advisors, Ahud Barak, and Gabi Ashkenazi, the commander of the army. Ariel went back to his office, and fell asleep immediately.

India's Tale: Episode one: Anxiety
Ms. Patil looked for the Newspaper. 'Damn, where could it be ?' she thought. The lack of information has made the old lady paranoīd. Five days had passed after Patel was sent to China. Ms. Patil had kept contact with him for the first three days, but then Patel stopped replying. This had lest Ms. Patil very worried, as Patel had said that the contact between him and Hu Zhin Toa, the President of China, had been very cold. 'Why doesn't he reply ?', she thought, 'Is he... No that cannot be, I spoke him just yesterday, He can't...' Her thoughts very interupted by the phone, which suddenly started to ring. Ms. Patil jumped and looked at the phone, like a dog who had just smelled a beefsteak. 'At last, Lakshmi !', she thought. She hurried to the phone and picked it up, while the adrenaline was pumped in her veins.
-"Who is it, Gitta ? Is it Mr. Patel ?"
-"I'm sorry madame, but he isn't. General Zalim is stanfing in front of the palace, madame. He requests an audience."
Ms. Patil's hart sank. General Ahmud Zalim was the head of the Indian Secret Intelligence Service (ISIS) and commander of the first Tank Brigade. He usually was the bringer of important news. In most cases this news was good news, but why would he want to speak to the President at 10.00 pm ?
-"Madame ?"
Ms. Patil jumped. She'd forgotten that the was having a phone conversation woth Gitta.
-"What ?"
-"General Zalim, madame. Shall I grant him passage ?"
-"Yes, dear let him in..."
Ms. Patel hang up, axiously awaiting General Zalim's arrival.
When he finally came in, she greeted him cordially, but Zalim quickly spotted her anxiety.
-"Something wrong, madame ?"
-"Well, it's just..." Ms. Patil stammered "...it's Patel, Zalim, he didn't said any news about his conversations with Hu and..."
-" I know why he didn't reply !" Zalim interupted. Ms. Patil looked at him wth large eyes.
-"What? Why... ?"
-"Because he didn't speak to Hu at all" Zalim continued, as if he wasn't interrupted at all. "Madame,..." he looked down, avoiding the President's glare "Lakshmi Patel was killed this morning in a bombing attack."
-"But how... ?!"
-" The car that should have taken him to Hu exploded, with Mr. Patel in it. Research in being conducted about the cause as we speak, but we can already conclude that mr. Patel was murdered."
Ms Patil mind felt dizzy and empty, as if Zalim had hit her with an enormous club.
-"Patel dead... that means"
-"War, madame,..." Zalim finished Ms. Patil's phrase. "...war...",. he repeated.
Ms Patel looked a the black sky and wished that dawn would never come...

For the first time since America's independance a female entered the Office of the President. Not as a first lady, aide, secret lover, or cleaning crew; but as the President of the Untited States.
She didn't have time to enjoy the feeling, however, for as soon as she sit down the red phone rang. She listened to the voice on the other end and turned a bit whiter then normal. Immediately after the call ended, she called in her aides. "Get me a meeting with the world leaders. I don't care how, just do it. Call a press conference immedately following. And get me the military advisers, I don't care if you have to drag them here."
This was going to be a nightmare. The American people were sick of war, and one of the biggest might be just around the corner. Unlike most of the former presidents she was going to wait till she had all the facts before acting. The last time the military went in some place in a rush it had turned into a fiasco.

"The Prime Minister!" people shouted "Get up! We need to go to the shelters!"
Ariel woke up. There was an alarm. He left everything behind and went as quickly as possible to the shelters.
"What is going on?" he shouted at an innocent passerby, in the way from the office to the buildings's shelters, but that was a mistake. The man didn't know more than Ariel knew, and seemed very confused that the Prime Minister doesn't know what is happening.
Ehud Barak caught up with him. "I don't know if you've noticed, Erik, but there is an alarm." he said.
A big boom sounded in the background, but the alarm didn't stop.
"It's not funny." Ariel anwered "How came that Jerusalem is bombarded?"
"Well, Iran has managed to bring its most advanced missles to South Lebanon. They are accurate enough to hit only west Jerusalem. They will never hurt the holy places." said Ehud Barak.
"But... You said that they will never hurt Jerusalem at all." said Ariel. "Oh never mind" he added, when he saw the I'm-sorry-there's-nothing-I-can-do expression of Ehud.
When Ariel got to the ground floor, he saw some demonstrators standing outside of the buidling, ignoring the alarm. Their signs showed "More than 250,000 killed in Haifa" and "If we are nuked - they should be, too."
When the demonstrators noticed the Prime Minister passing, they started shouting together.
"Get into the Shelter now!" he shouted to them "It's dangerous outside, the city is bomabrded!"
They ignored him. A large missle hit a building behind them, turning the building to a pile of dust.
The only good thing that this caused is that the demonstrators agreed to get into the sheleters.
When they were sitting in the underground shelters, some of them started talking to Ariel. Forgotting that he's supposed to answer "no comment" and leaving them, he participated in the conversation.
"So many people were killed. Why don't you nuke them back? They should be afraid of doing something like this!" asked one of the demonstrators.
"There's no need to kill innocent people." answered Ariel "USA invaded to Iran, and our forces support it. We have to deal with the Syrian attack, first. If you nuke them, it won't cause they a lot of damage, unless we hit the captial, which we certainly don't want to do. They will nuke us again, we will nuke them again, and both states will become deserts. Besides, USA, Frace and UK will stop supporting us."

President Nicolas woke up early in the morning. It's hard to be a president, I guess. He went to his office in Paris were an ambassador was waiting for him. Funny, he sent someone looking like him two weeks ago to Iran. The ambassador stepped up to Nicolas. He said: "Monsieur president, je...", but Nicolas interrupted: "don't worry we'll discuss this in my office." The man was trembling when he entered the office. "Uhmmm... Monsieur? Nos relations ā l'est...", he started. "For God's sake, speak english, man, I mean, how are other players supposed to rp when they don't understand us?" Nicolas interrupted. The man nodded and said: "Mr. President, something happened in the Middle East that I think you should know of. We try to cover it up a bit, so that there won't be too much panic. Iran has fired missiles. Nuclear weapons, to be precise."
Nicolas became quiet, then. After a few minutes he asked: "how did our American friends react?", "they responded quite agressively, but they have yet to receive word from their president.", the man responded. Nicolas nodded: "Well, as I promised Bush, I will support him, in case of a war. It's true, promise something to a republican and you have a debt towards America..."
"You might as well sent some reserves as reinforcement to OPEX. How? That's the general's problem. And terminate operation "force de frappe", since we might be needing those missiles..." he ordered further on. "Mr. President, the new president of the united states demands a meeting with the world leaders or something like that..." the secretary said when she entered the room without knocking. "Very well, France will go as well to this "meeting" and furthermore, call a small press conferance. Preferably after "the meeting"." Nicolas said and the ambassador left with the secretary.

While awaiting response to her request for a summit, and the arrival of her military personel Hillary recieved a folder reading "TOP SECRET."
Opening the folder she became very quiet and pale. Her aides rushed to her side, thinking she was sick but she waved them off. She pushed a button and the intercom sprang to life. "Get me the head of the CIA. NOW!"
Moments later the current head of the CIA is in video conference with Ms. Clinton. "Agent Robinson has started WHAT along with President Patil!? We are now at war with the New Indian Governement? What the heck is going on! First Russia, now this!"
"Apparently President Patil had been kidnapped. One of our agents freed Patil and is helping the deposed president reclaim the country. Madam President, we I suggest that you declair marshal law and respond to Russia post haste. Get the war machine running again. We will need it."
"Damn it Jim ((no clue who present cia head is so it will be 'jim' hehe) this is the last thing we need!" she sighs but she knows he's right. She will hold the meeting, but she has to act now. She can not let Russia attack Alaska without retaliation. "Get control of your agent, I want a full report as of YESTERDAY." she ends transmission.
Picking up the red phone. "Declair marshal law, ready the military, and damn it get those generals in here NOW!" it was going to be a long long day.

India's Tale: Episode 2 :A New Order
"Who are you ?"
Ms. Patil gazed flabbergasted to the face of her rescuer. He was a young, causcasian man with large grey eyes. He smiled.
-"Craig Robinson, at your service" he said, whilst offering Ms Patil his hand, "I'm a CIA agent." he added.
Ms Patil hesitantly took his hand and shook it, and then looked the man in his grey eyes. "CIA ?" she whispered
-"Yes.", he said. "Our boss who we know as Jim, sent us to your country to look after the Tibetan situation. I was lucky to see you being kidnapped, and was able to free you. Shall I escort you to the Jeep ?", he said, pointing at the Jeep, which stood next to the incinerated truck.He saw her hesitate "You could of course stay here to see the enemy arrive..."
-"No, I couldn't!", she said and climbed on the backseets of the Jeep. Robinson told his two still-masked assistants to take place in the Jeep as well. Robinson then sat down on the driver's seat and started the Jeep, and drove away. On the backseet, Ms. Patil's mind was racing. 'What had happened?' she thought, as she thought about everything that had past that day...
That very same morning, President Patil had gotten up and browsed through the newspapers as usual. Untill midday her day was like any other day, untill she noticed that Gitta wasn't in her office. Ms. Patil had sned servants to look for her, untill one of them came to her to tell her that General Zalim had arrived and was requesting an audience. Ms. Patil allowed that, and the servant returnde to Zalim to tell the General the news. Moments later an storm of noise and chaos erupted from the main corridor. Ms. Patil entered the corridor, and saw none other than General Zalim with a small armed force, who had overpowered all the servants who all were tied up and gagged. Ms. Patil screamed. she wanted to run back through the door she came from, but a soldier had managed to get behind her and when she wheeled round, he pointed is rifle at her.
"Hands up, Ms. Patil!" Zalim said, "I'm taking over the presidency of India."
-"You ?"
"Yes, I" Zalim said and his eyes twinkled like those of a small child which just had been given a huge ice-cream. "and I've been waiting for this for about 20 years."
"I must say that it was getting a lot easier since Patel died, I knew it would lower your guard" he added.
-"You killed Patel?"
"No, you silly old bat, I didn't have the pleasure of doing it. I wish I knew who did it, but yet our little war with Mr. Hu has turned out to be very satisfactory."
-"You..." Ms Patil could finish her sentence as the soldier behind her hit her with is weapon and she fell unconsious.
Whe she awakened, she was bound and gagged and lieing in a driving vehickle, probably a truck. Suddenly the truck stopped and Ms. Patil heard gunfire. 'The next life apporoaches' she thought 'Mistress Kali, my deliverance is in your hands'...She spend the sduration of the fight meditating, and heard nothing more about the mundane thing called war as she was preparing for her next reīncarnation. Suddenly her meditation was interrupted by a cold hand that touched her neck.
"Is she...?"
-"Nay, she ain't dead alright."
Ms Patil heard the voices and immedeately opened her eyes. The voices weren't Indian. They were American.
Two pair of strong arms picked her up and took her outside the truck. As the two untied her, she spotted a third silouette who was carrying a torch. He (at least, she thought it was a he) was putting the truck, inwhich she had lied down, afire. Meanwihle she barely notice that the the ropes were being removed. Her three rescuers were all dressed in black. All three of them wore balaklavas. The talled person ,who seemed to be the leader then removed her gag and moved in front of her. He removed his balaklava, thus revealinhg his face.
"Who are you?" Ms. Patil stammered...

Hu Jintao, the president of China and the chairman of it's communist party, is reading through reports in his office when he gets a call from his secretary.
"Mr. president, general Xia from military intelligence is on line 6. He says it's urgent."
"Very well, put him through."
"Mr. president, it has started. Iran has nuked Israel. Russia has informed us that they are ready when we are. What are your orders?"
"Send Russia word that we'll leave Sahalin for them.
"Yes, sir. Intelligence out."
Jintao orders his secretary.
"Get me PLA."
"Yes, Mr. chairman, just a second.", it doesn't take long.
"He's on line 3, Mr. chairman.", this new boy is very efficient.
"What is it that you order, Mr. chairman?"
"Commence operation Yellow Dragon and start the preparations for White Dragon. I will send word for internal to start the Red dragon."
"As you order, Mr. president. PLA out."
"Lao get me internals."
"Yes, Mr. chairman."
"Head of internal security department, what do wish of me Mr. chairman?"
"It is time to commence the Red Dragon."
"I shall see that it's done, Mr. president. Internals out."
So it has started. Jintao takes a while to calm down. Soon world would be shaped a new. Operation Yellow Dragon means the conquer of Japan. Orders are to bomb major cities to cause mayhem and disorder while PLAAF gains air superority and takes control of the seas along with PLAN's submarines. All vessels excluding carriers are to be sunken. Carriers are to boarded and captured for further use, this is why China has had trained carrier personel for decades. After Japanese Home defense fleet has been neutralised PLAN will carry out the amphiboius assault along with PLAGF to capture of Japan and Taiwan will be put under blockade and preparations for White Dragon will begin. Red Dragon includes full armament and defcon along with privatising of industry. Hard times will be ahead but a new glorius China will be born through fire and steel!

Ariel Sharon sends two different letters in one day. One of them is sent to Nicolas Sarkozy. The second one is not really a letter, more of a secret brief message, transfered from Israel to USA.
"Dear Nicolas Sarkozy, the President of Frace,
Israel is aware of the difficult suituation that France has gotten into, a rough war and missile attacks. In fact, we are in a similar problem. Israel is being attacked by the Iranian missiles as well.
In the 90's Israel developed missle protection system, which contains two main missles: the Arrow, which is mostly effective against nuclear missiles, and the Patriot, which is actually an American invetion, and can assist in intercepting rockets.
We offer to install the system in Frace. To cover France entirely, about installments of the system 4 are needed. It takes less than a month to finish an installments. Since we can finish them all at the same time, the entire openration should take no longer than a month overall.
Tell us if you are interested,
Ariel Sharon, the Prime Minister of the State of Israel."
"Hillary,
If you attack Syria from Iraq, we will be able to capture Damascus. We will get the rule in Syria, and the Iranian army in Lebanon will be circled completely. Later we will be able to assist you at the battles on the Iranian lands.

This was a great opportunity. Technologies like the patriot and the arrow would prove inaluable, if we would be able to utilise the force de frappe. Sure, he wrote back to Ariel Sharon, saying that he would like to agree on the proposition, but what would be the catch behind this?

Tens of Israeli engineers were sent to France by the Prime Minister, to install the missiles protection system. It will take almost a month, but then, the system will be able to promise 50% covering from missiles. Paris is extremely protected. There is 75% chance that any missile that tries to hit Paris will be shot down.

Hillary first sent a large force to protect Alaska. She could not let that area fall, they may have to rely on the Oil there for the coming war depending how this turned out.
Turning to her generals her face was serious. "Gentlemen, things are bad. Really bad. As much as I hate to do this, we must turn things around quickly. Convert half of our all factories, seize them if neccessary, to producing weapons and ammunition. Reimpliment the draft. This may make me the most unpopular president in history, but it is absolutely essential."
"We must protect our own borders first, and ready a nuclear response just in case. I want it known that they are ready, and that America will respond with full force to anybody who tries to nuke us."
"Contact Ariel Sharon. We will participate in this endevor they mention. Only, we are going to add all of our stealth bombers. If neccessary, and by their order they will commence carpet bombing. Gentlemen, I more then anybody hate the idea of the gloves coming off, but I am a bit tired of fighting under two rules. One for our enemies and one for us. No more. Today the gloves come off."

India's Tale: Episode 3: The Agent and the Emissairy
At daybreak the Jeep rode into an encampment which had been put up in a clearance in the middle of the Jungle. "Where are we ?" Ms Patil asked to Robinson.
-"Welcome to Alpha 7423,", he replied, "our homebase."
He stopped the Jeep brusquelly and got out. He gave Ms. Patil a hand and pulled her out of the back seat (inwihch she had rolled, when Robinson had pulled over.)
-"Jeff, do you sign to Jim that we have securred the target ?"
"10-4" the CIA agent named Jeff replied and he ran off to one of the tents hich were placed in the clearing. Robinson onw adressed his still-masked second assistant, who seemed to be a female
-"Golf-Bravo, escort Ms. Patil to the Officer's Quarters and offer her something to eat."
"Right away Sahib Robinson" the female Agent replied and Ms. Patil thought at once that she had heard that voice before.
"Follow me Madame." the woman said and MS. Patil followed her to the largest of all tents which stood at the other end of the clearing. The woman let Ms. Patil in. The tent was vacant, no one was in it. In the tent stood a long table, four chairs a foldaway-bed a television and something that looked like a miniature radio. The rest of the tent was crammed with boxes onwhich worn letters stood that said 'US. Militairy'
'Saved' Ms. Patil though, as she finally had proof that her saviours really were friends.
"Nice to see you madame." the female agent spoke, who was behind Ms. patils back. Ms. Patil turned around and was shocked. The woman had put off her balaklava. Ms. Patil looked into the eyes of someone who she'd trusted for many years, and someone who wasn't seen in her moments of danger...
"Gitta" Ms. Patil stammered. "But how in Vishnu's name..."
-"Yes, it is me." Gitta smiled.
"But how did you get into this ? Were you..." -Ms Patil lowered her voice- "all that time... -she started to whisper- one of them ?" She pronounced the word them with an air of suspecion.
-"To answer your second question, it's 'Yes, I was.', but your first question required a lot more revealing. Do you have time for this ?"
"Yes, I have.", Ms Patil said
-"Okay, then please sit down and meanwhile I'll tell you my story... Coffee ?" she added as she began to ruffle in one of the boxes.
"Yes please."
-"Okay then, I'll start. I..."
Meanwhile at the Royal Palace in New Delhi...
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN? SHE MANAGED TO ESCAPE!" Ahmud Zalim bellowed at his assistant, Captain Jinnah.
-"I don't know, General" Jinnah answered, who didn't seem to be intimidated by Zalim's rage. "My Scouts have found the lorry that should have brought her to Amritsar completely burnt out. All soldier's were shot, but no sigh of her..."
"You sure haven't got any idea who might have freed her ? I don't think that an old lady is able to free herself on her own, shoot five soldiers in the chest, incinerate a lorry and flee through the rain forrest on foot whilst leaving tire tracks on the road!." Zalim said sarcastically as he tried to controll his rage.
-"Unfortunately, we don't sir." Jinnah answered as if Zalim didn't speak all.
"Unfortunately ? DUE TO A LACK OF COMPETENCE YOU MEAN !" Zalim shouted. "KALI'S BANE, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS ??!!"
-"Yes, I do sir, and my scout brigade is looking for her right now"
"They better do, if they don't want to reīncarnate too early! Anyway," -Zalim seemed to heve calmed down- "send a emissairy to Hu. Let him tell him I wish to speak to him. About peace conditions."
-"Right away, sir." Jinnah replied corteously and exited the room. WW3 in India would reach it's second phase...

A reply has come from the White House. Hillary agreed.
On the 12th of July, thousands of American soliders and tanks entered Syria, passing its border with Iraq. Stealth Bombers bombed the 5 biggest bases of the Syrian army, and started capturing the land.
Syria sent a lot of forces in attempt to block the attack. Israeli used the moment and attacked with all the power it had left. The Israeli army has managed to recapture the Hermon Post, and to capture some wide parts of the Syrian territory, until Damascus was in the Israeli cannons' and artillery's range. Meanwhile, Damascus was being bombed more and more by the Israeli airforce, and Syrian towns in the east was being captured by the American army. The Syrian army is hopeless.
On the 18th of July, Damascus fell. The government fell. Asad, the Syrian president somehow managed to escape. The Syrian army surrendered and stopped the fighting. The Israeli army took a control over some cities in the west. Syria is devided to two.

On the 12th of July, as bombers attacked Syria, carriers slipped through at night in the Indian Ocean. Their mission was top secret, and then they were off to Alaska to shore up defenses there. They launched serveral fuel planes, which met up with several very low flying old b-52 bombers. Each was loaded with conventional bombs.
After the fuel carriers were off, several F-14 and F-16 fighters began to escort the bombers. There target was Tehran. Flying under radar as much as possible, and in the dead of night. Meanwhile, forces on the ground paint targets with lazers with the ships guns and ship to surface missiles.
Silent running boats creep up to shore, and dark suited figures quietly prepair for the assult. Come dawn, everything will go down at once. Carpet bombing of Tehran, the ships attacking with their long range guns and missiles, and the elite Navy SEALS each with their own objectives.

Nicolas was pretty satisfied with this arrangement. He know had a small unwritten debt with Israel and Iran still threatened his country. The threat was small, though, 75% chance of failure and the force de frappe to hit back. France felt a little bit betrayed by the EU. But Nicolas always knew that the EU was a strictly economic force. Iran used nuclear weapons which could make this planet uninhabitable in the end. No, Iran had to pay or at least be neutralized. President Nicolas Sarkozy gave a smell press conference later on. (in french, but we'll just ignore that and subtitle it)
The speech (more or less):
Citizens of France! You all know by now that Iran has sent nukes to Israel. The use of nuclear weapons is intolerable. They also attacked our forces oversea. OPEX returned fire and took a hold in the israeli border. We feel the need to enforce the conscription law. The young and able men and women of France will be called to battle. It's also time we strengthen our armed forces a little. Several arm suppliers are being contracted, now. We must show that France is not a weak nation and, surely, we must show justice to those who would oppose us and the rest of the world. This will, sadly, result in a levy and small tax raises. That is all for now, citizens of France.
Nicolas was quite satisfied with this speech (he did put it more eloquently than I put it) and now, he could go to the summit, where the united nations will gather to talk about a possible WW3

Moscow, Russia, 11th of July.
Putin was walking around the room. Thinking.
He has just recieved the ask of Ahmad Nejad, the President of Iran. I didn't like the idea of sending forces to Iran land. He remembered what happened when opposing forces of USA and USSR got into fighting on a foreign land, in Vietnam, Korea... This can take years, and this can actually bring us to a third world war.
Ahmad Nejad's spy in the American army gave him the information about the attack. That spy is supposed to be a veteran commander in the American navy. They are planning to attack from the sea shore of Iran, from the Indian ocean.
Putin had to take a decision in a few minutes.
"Fine" he told to his secretary "Tell Ahmad Nejad that we agree."
On the morning of the 12th of July, the Russian and Iranian forces had prepared the perfect ambush; They had digged excavation 20 from the water, on the beach, that cannot be seen for anyone who comes from the sea, and waited to the night, when the Americans are supposed to come.

IC: So, the united nations finally assembled... At least, most members of the EU and the non-involved parties. That new presidential girl came up to the stand, trying to prvent an allout war and chaos.
Tsss, I wish Bush was here. he made everything a lot easier. He would just attack, not sympathise with that country. Then, he would visit all the neighbouring countries to have some fun...
Ow, well, it's time to take responsability and speak in the name of France. Now, where's Hilary?
