All games attract kids. When I was six years old I and some other kids in school played Heroes 3 almost daily.
But WoW has less then 10% péople that are under 14 years old, is that much?
Why dont you play the game yourself and see how many immature kids you find? I have no find many myself.
They do improve the graphics all the time but its no major updates.
For example compare this screenshot from WoW some time after release:

The game has been updated with graphics but there is no point to make it a complete new game. The majority of WoW players are happy with WoW graphics and think the new expansion looks abosnowy wonderful.

I'm going to explain this again. All of the above screenshots are "cartoonish" regardless of the processing power needed. You can have a game requiring 2 GB of video memory and STILL being cartoonish if the developers want

Then you missed what I said. One of the 3 reasons why WoW is cartoonish is that its supposed to be like that.
Its not supposed to be realistic and I see no reason to completly change graphics if 90% of all players are comfortable and perfectly fine with the current graphics.

Why on earth is a thread about a great game filled with World of Toilets? 
There are already threads for that. You should keep this one to Diablo not WoW.
Maybe they'd be nice and drop the runes...

Anyways, has Blizzard given more info on DIII? I haven't actually been paying attention lately...
(I figure that if I keep looking at the game progress every day, that'll I go insane long before launch. )
