Actually I don't see why you shouldn't take Leadership. It will be pretty useful, especially to counter Necro's Morale reduction. However, you should not take skills which are based and have higher effect with high morale, such as Empathy, Retribution, etc. Leadership itself is still a very good choice, only a few abilities won't.

I'm 100 % with Asheera here. I think in a strategy game, the best thing is if every strategy has a counter. As it is, many options are nobrainers - it always pays off to take Leadership, Empathy and Retribution when you're Knight.

Obviously, Leadership has a pretty crappy representation of abilities as it is, with two major perks that are fully supportive (Estates and Recruitement), and only a total of three minor perks in total that are not faction specific (Divine Guidance, Empathy and Power Of Speed). Thus, it's a matter of opening other doors, so that you could have more perks and other paths to choose from in Leadership.

Also, remember that a native army with Leadership facing a Necromancer with Leadership will still have +2 Morale, not counting artifacts or creature effects on either side. That means +10 % damage from Retribution and 20 % chance for Morale to trigger. Retribution and Empathy would therefore not be useless, just less powerful than they are, and since both abilities are pretty crazy as it is, maybe that's not too bad.

Because changing the Leadership for Necromancer into another skill is not possible (for me) by an simple mod, something must be done to move Herald of Death out of Leadership so an Haunted Mines could be accessable one again and make an Leadership an "dead" skill.

Here is an mod that moves the Herald of Death out of Leadership and puts it in Enlightment skill, and also are some other changes involving Ultimate Skill Prerequisites.

It is just propostion of changing skill network so i am open for some constructive suggestions and opinions

Edit: Where all Necro Fans go or did they stated debating about Halloween project without me
