I've seen the exact opposite happen with rune of charge  Bears charge, angels paralyze in fear. Battleragers stun champions. Magmas hit 2 stacks with firebreath. Then keepers fireball the place freely since the others have no way out, they are blocked where they are. Add mass haste and some extra stuns from rune of thunderclap and haven units barely got to move.

Oh, Elvin, I've got the quetsion, what are the city levels at the very beggining if deadline is 1 week and they have both 6 of Tier 7 O.O ???

I wonder how the battle would have ended had you gone Destructive instead. Sure, those 16 Champions were a pain, but would the whole army stand a couple of castings of Armageddon?

Now that is a good idea O.o
You lost mainly beacuse of retailation strike (and I thoght that skill sucks compared to the other- like MOD for example) XD
That 1 dragon loss at the very beggining was just scary O.O
