And how does this Mega reduction work? -1% penalty = 10000 battle points? That's kinda expensive.
Also, can we control the people inside our shop? Not to decrease prices or something of course, but just to get a nice conversation.
Ok have changed the most powerful attack penalty reduction to -5%. It is suposed to be expensive. After all this attack is much stronger then the normal attacks.
And yes, you can do the 20% for 14000 battle points. Yes you can control the people inside the shop (just like Asheera did). As the 'receptionist' the girl is very friendly. The mechanic would be kind of gruff and keep conversation as short as possible. The elf would probably just stare at you like you are an annoying insect of some kind.

Anyone want to encounter me, It would be more fun having actual character development and combat and stuff in this thing. Seriously, not that I am complaining about all the imaginative combat scenarios, but... Actually, I am complaining about the continuous stream of imaginative combat scenarios

Damage boost applies to ALL damage done by that attack. Elemental damage boost only affects those who are weak to that particular element. While it does offset the penalty (some) for creatures it is weak against..those that are neutral OR the same element are not affected by an element boost at all. For instance a fire element BA who gets an element boost to its attack and attacks another fire element BA does no extra damage.

Why is the elemental boost more expensive then, if it works only for the opposite element (and it's the same 5% increase?)

Ah! So I picked the right one then; elemental boost would hardly do anything for me since my BA only has one type weak to it.

Mostly it will come in handy once you hit 100% damage increase. Because that is as far as it goes for normal damage increase. Also, keep in mind that creatures that are weak to that element take double damage. So you actually get a 10% increase to those by purchasing 5%. (lets say you do 100 elemental damage, a creature weak to that (without any reductions) takes 200 points of damage. You purchase 5% which would be 105 elemental damage, suddenly they take 210 points of damage).
Still only 100% elemental damage bonus can be added to an attack. Then you will have to upgrade attacks, but those won't be for a bit. Making (for instance) Dark Nova into Dark Nova Mk II (just because I can't think of a better name) requires first that Dark Nova have all the damage bonuses it can AND then a further point spending of 3000 points. At which time it becomes the second 'level' of the attack and more bonuses can be added. Don't worry..the big points will be coming soon.

As some have noticed I haven't been updating any of my threads (mega, here, despute ring.) Ran into a dry spell (Writers block) awhile back and just have not been able to battle out of it. But I will be back..oh yes..I will be back.

I feel kinda bad for doing this but I'd like to drop out as well... I feel it's best to do this before I come in contact with any of your characters and interfere with their story.
It's been fun, but I don't have time any more, sorry. Contact me if you'd like me to "kill off" my characters or something
