As of number 2, we can agree with you, but I think you can do better than that. Give us something. You created a great tool, but there is no description - at all.

Update
3.15.1.0 FE
1. Drastically boosted performance: now you can easily construct full skill trees (usually, over 5 million nodes) for any hero in no time (takes about 5-6 seconds on my system – dual-core AMD 2,4 GHz; 2 GB RAM);
2. All the skill tree calculations take place in their own thread now, thus avoiding interface freezes.

There is a tool that works with H5, called "HeroScaner". And HD mod is fully supported by LMOracle, just choose "HoMM III 3.2 EN" version.

LMOracle 3.22.1.0 XE
Now the program finds all shortest paths of getting secondary skills for all heroes from the list at once.
Run Heroes. Choose your version of the game (Options -> Version)
Add heroes to the list (Right mouse button -> Add Heroes)
Start skill search (Options -> Level-Up Oracle -> Skill Tree Search...)
Download LMOracle 3.22.1.0 XE

Adventure and Level Up Oracle work, but Battle Oracle does not. When I try to switch to Battle Oracle it says "Unable to read RAM. Restarted (0)". Even the Combat Log works, just not the Battle Oracle.
This is with freshly installed Heroes 3 from Good Old Games + HD mod.

I have a same problem with Battle Oracle. Playing on Windows 7 (64), HD-Mod (5.0 beta 10) without any plugins. Battle Log is working but Battle Oracle keep saying "Unable to read RAM. Restarted (0)". Tried both Homm3 ENG version (3.2, 4.0) in options but all futile. Oracle version - 3.22.1.0 (x86)
I know at least three more people with a same problem. Can assume that this related to Windows 7 compatibility.
Hope, I'll find how to make this work, this one is definitely what I need sometimes

Well, the Battle Oracle was an experiment of some sort, and it works only on 32-bit systems (Windows x86).
You can run it on a virtual machine if you want to test how it works, though.
