Oh, I see your real question. It works for Windows version only.
When i try to choose H2 2.1 En it says game not found. Is there a way to make it work? Also what do you mean by Windows version only?

Probably, you play DOS version of the game using DOSBox, which is unsupported. Try Windows version of the game from GOG.
Just checked. It works perfectly with the Windows version of the game (GOG installer - setup_homm2_gold_win_2.0.0.7.exe). There are known issues running HoMM2 on modern PCs though. I recommend to install Verok's OpenGL Wrapper to spare yourself from some tiresome work.

I have the GOG version. When i try to select the version of the game (Heroes 2 PoF) it says game window not found.

It is the windows version. Also i use the "LMOracle 3.23.4.2 RX (x86)".
When i try to select the game version in the Options settings, it says HoMM2 window not found. I first start the game, then i start the Oracle and try to choose the game version, but it doesnt work.

Well, it seems I start to understand the root of a problem  Do you play with Verok's OpenGL Wrapper? If yes, then you'll need an updated version of LMOracle I haven't shared yet (because Verok's patch changes the original Windows caption of the game, and thus LMOracle can't find it). I'll provide a new link some time later.

LMOracle 3.23.4.3 RX (update)
Unzip to your LMOracle folder.
 Important Note
If you run your game as Administrator, run LMOracle with the same rights.

Still not working, i had to adjust some compatibility settings to make the game run in full screen without crushing, maybe this is what is causing the problem. Anyways, thanks a lot for the effort.

Can you make a screenshot of your version of the game (windowed) and one of "Help -> About..." window? Also try to run LMOracle with Admin rights and see if it helps.

Wanna master a new HotA map? Make a world record? Then you need the following skills - Expert Logistics + Expert Pathfinding (based on percentage of terrains with penalty and artifacts) + Expert Earth Magic + (if DD is available) Expert Air Magic. As soon as possible. For as many heroes as which you can get at least Expert Logistics + Expert Pathfinding for. Pair your skill with a pair of the best skills  and make a world record in days or points.
Add heroes to the list: Right click on the list and fathom the unfathomable possibilities.
Click Options -> Level-Up Oracle -> Skill Tree Depth... and boldly set it to Max.
Click Options -> Level-Up Oracle -> Skill Tree Search... and search for skills that will make you a king of speed.
Click Options -> Show Excluded Skills and disable skills you don't want to make your journey as painful as it could be.
Fine-tune your paths further with other options (Double-click on a hero's number, Options -> Level-Up Oracle -> Adjust Skill Tree..., Options -> Level-Up Oracle -> Research Mode).
Log all your battles in the background to be able to do the miracle again (Options -> Combat Log).
Make a world record and share it with the unworthy who tried to do all the same manually
If you are still playing Heroes II or I, you will be surprised by bonus features
